If you sell services to your end-customers, you are supposed to have an extended license of Perfex CRM, according to licensing policy of the marketplace.
is there any option to share leads from one company to other or from master to sub companies

Omni Channel Sales module for Perfex CRM Purchase Management module for Perfex CRM Inventory Management module for Perfex CRMTimesheets and Leave Management module for Perfex CRM
We would like to know: 1: Will these modules be compatible with your SAAS version? 2 – Will they work for our customers 3 – If so, will we have to subscribe to new licences for each of our customers or could it work like a multisite wordpress site for example? Yes, all modules are compatible with SaaS version – as a SaaS copy is a copy of Perfex CRM’s core, so they will be available in your user’s plans for activation.
Licensing policy is set by the author of the modules, thus, you are kindly requested to ask the author about that.

You need a top-level domain, so our module can create subdomains for the tenants.
Hi. In this case, I will also use other subdomains and the main domain for other projects, so saas would be installed at saas.mydomain.com. I would like to know if then it would be possible for my tenants to be like client1.saas.mydomain.com, client2.saas.mydomain.com

As mentioned in the requirements, you need a top level domain for your SuperAdmin installation.
domain.com will work just fine and tenant.domain.com will be the tenant installation.
Can you check the possibility of allowing it to be installed on a subdomain in the next update? I want to purchase the plugin, but my main domain is already taken.

Hi, For reasons of urgency, unfortunately I will not be able to wait any longer for the function of installing SAAS on a subdomain to be available, and I will have to purchase SaaS from the competition. But I would like to purchase your plugin when this function is available.
As SaaS creates independent installations, would I be able, for example, if I already have 100 SaaS installations of the competitor plugin, to migrate all these users easily to your plugin when the subdomain installation of your plugin is available?

Our module reserves subdomains for its tenant installations. We dont plan to change this behavior at the moment.
does this work on srtandard perfex licence?
Yes. But if you intend to charge end users for your services, you are supposed to use the proper license.
“saas management and API and Setup”, the three menu clicks do not respond, are they not serving? And the $69 app has “Setup” in it, but not “Saas Managerment and API”.

bad! I bought it and wrote to support. But nowhere is it described which server is used which panel. Neither creation domains nor databases work for me. Why didn’t you describe what software configuration the server should be and the control panel?

Am I able to force tenants to use my custom settings from the main Saas account? Such as CSS, main menu order setup, etc.
Each tenant setup is independent and isolated from settings/database.
Let’s say I purchase this and your Perfex Shop plugin. Will tenants have access to this Perfex Shop features or any features from other scripts for Perfex I purchase?
Yes, if allow the Perfex Shop module in a specific plan, purchasers of this plan will be able to activate it and use it, if a license exists for it.
One more question. Do I have to use wildcard ssl and subdomains? I want clients to use example.com/admin to access their accounts.
Our module works with subdomains. You can optionally use a wildcard SSL.
My hosting provides free sectigo for all domains/subdomains. Will this work for all tenants? Also, can the pricing page be the home page? I noticed the landing page redirects to the login page.
If its a wildcard SSL, yes. You can redirect the pricing page using custom htacess redirect rules (please ask your provider to do that, if you are not familiar with redirects).

Third party modules are not related to our SaaS module – our module will simply allow them/disallow them in every SaaS plan. Module authors are responsible for their functionality.
That is correct, module authors are accountable for the functionality of their modules. However, you mentioned that ALL modules are compatible with this Saas. Have you personally tested them? If so, please confirm before I make a purchase which ones tested or you recommend.

Yes, SaaS superadmin installation and tenants, are core copies of Perfex CRM. If a module is made for Perfex, it is supposed to be working there.
If you are asking about the SaaS plans, all modules can be set to be available in a tenant plan.
Thus, there is nothing to be tested at all.

We dont control sales, its Envato which does and there is no ongoing sale.

Hello, 1. I currently only see the website builder in the superadmin, but not in the customers. Is the website builder not available for customers to create websites themselves?

Pagebuilder is used in Super Admin installation, in order to create a salespage for the SaaS service. Tenants are supposed to receive a factory state copy of Perfex CRM.
A top level domain is required for the SaaS SuperAdmin installation. All tenants use subdomains (wildcard enabled).

The features you are looking for can be added in order to match your custom working scenario needs, but custom development would be needed for them.

Module’s files get deleted from the tenants that are using this plan, if you remove the access of it in the specific plan.

Yes. You can use every payment method for those charges.
I can see you can add payments like in invoices, but stripe subscriptions in perfex native needs to be done adding product in stripe and then creating a subscription in perfex for a client then invoice is created after subscription is processed. Are subscriptions the same with this module? Thanks
Our module currently supports Invoices and Recurring invoices (all payment methods), as it inherits Invoices controller from Perfex CRM.
