Hello, I can’t find an explanation in your documentation on how additional formulas work with woocommerce. They do not have a programmable duration. Does this mean that they end as soon as the basic formula to which they are attached expires? In other words, if a user renews their basic formula at the end of their term, they will also have to renew their complementary formula to keep it? Is that right or not. I’ve tested this and can’t figure it out:
I have a Directories Product set up in WooCommerce that allows for 10 locations.
However, I cannot figure out how a customer can add more locations after they create the primary one as part of the checkout process. Every time they click on “Add Listing” from the dashboard, they have to select another subscription plan, create one listing and then check out.
How exactly do subscribers that buy a multi-location product actually add those other locations?

Yes, you do need to purchase a listing and checkout every time. It is currently only possible to use WooCommerce Memberships and submission restriction settings (https://directoriespro.com/documentation/frontend-submit-and-dashboard/setting-up-frontend-submission-and-dashboard-pages.html#submission-restriction-settings) to limit the number of listings each membership can submit from the frontend. Just wanted to advise that this conflicts with the WordPress plugin Restrict Site Access (or it conflicts with this plugin).
I have tested this on several sites. If I set Restrict Site Access to go to Wordpress Login in causes a login loop and therefore unable to access the site.

Does it mean you wish to show WooCommerce products as directory listings? If so, that is currently not possible, however, it is a planned feature.
WooCommerce Memberships can be used to restrict the number of listings that can be submitted by membership plans – see https://directoriespro.com/documentation/frontend-submit-and-dashboard/setting-up-frontend-submission-and-dashboard-pages.html#submission-restriction-settings

Unfortunately, we currently do not have any knowledge of that plugin and there isn’t anything in our plugin that works specifically with the plugin that you mentioned.

Questions about the Addon Plans:
1. What happens to the listings extra features provided in the Addon Plan options once the plan term expires? For example, off the Addon Plan address 4 additional tags to the listing, what happens to those tags after the Addon expires?
2. Is there a shortcode or display option to display the Addon Plan anywhere? I get that it is a Woocommerce product. How can it be presented to users? It’s would be awesome to show it as an upsell.
3. Is there any way to bring back some of the Woocommerce tabs to the directory plans so we can enable inventory quantity of a plan? It would be so awesome to have a high-ticket plan that has a limited number/quantity.

Hi, I am trying to import listings, so I exported the current listings as a csv so that i can use it as a template.
My directory has only one country. But in the exported CSV, the country name does not show up (location_address__country is empty)
I scraped some listings, added the city to “location_address__city” and imported the file. But the city does not get added. I have to manually choose the Country – State > City and then only it shows up correctly.
I cannot do this for every listing when I do a bulk import. How can I fix this issue?

Hello @onokazu, love your plugin. Have one question, how do we actually disable the details view page. The client just wants to have the listings in a list and that is all.
Currently, we have no button linking to the full listing details page, but Google is still scraping them and users can click to the listing detailed page from Google. How can we turn these pages off entirely?

Is it possible to make the “Filter lists” filter button always visible when scrolling (floating button when scrolling the page)? And a button to apply filters (so you don’t have to scroll down to apply them) Automatic application is not suitable!

Hi Kazu, i want to renew my support but before i must know how can i handle this if i use fse template to design my listings without shortcodes. and how do I figure out how to address the fields via the dynamic gutenberg blocks. The greenshift plugin also allows it so use array-like values, example: fieldkey0 but how can I figure out how to write them. A list in the documentation about how to write the different fields would be great. I can manage the field names under displays but otherwise I only see the shortcodes. best regards
