Tell me, is it possible to moderate the voting of rating stars? Guests come in and vote, some deliberately knock down the rating by giving one star. How can an administrator specifically remove such ratings? So far I only see a button to delete all votes when editing a page – but this is not an option, you cannot delete all ratings.
Or is moderation of star ratings not provided in your plugin?

even when a category is deleted, it retains in search, as well as even when all the listings are deleted, it retains the old number and shows in the front page. how may it be resolved?

I purchased this plugin yesterday and I’m really getting into it. It’s powerful once you learn how to find all the specific settings. One thing I cannot figure out is how to turn off or change the animation effect on the listings when you click or tap on the location icon in the map. Specifically, this is when you are looking at the location directory with a map beside the locations. When I click on one of the location pins on the map, the location listing beside the map does a 360 clock-wise rotation. I don’t like that and want to either remove it or change it to a subtle bounce or pulse. Where do I find that option? Thanks in advance!

Ok, that’s interesting. I just deactivated Elementor and Elementor Pro and the spinning effect is gone. I’ll have to look deeper into where that spinning effect is being controlled in the plugin.
I have another quick question about the pricing tables. In the documentation, I see a 4 column table with one plan in a different colour and highlighted. I don’t see any info on how you do that. 1. If I link the listing title to the URL field instead of to the details page, how to put a link to the details page too in order to allow users to vote or review?
2. Can I make an archive page only for listings that belong to BOTH (not either) of a certain category and a certain custom taxonomy?
3. Is it possible to disable the screenshot function only when the listing already has an image or featured image uploaded? otherwise, the screenshot displays normally and becomes the featured image of the listing in the search and archive pages.

It is possible to add another button or link which will take users to the single listing page.

Yes, you can create a custom view and use its shortcode generated for the view. For more information on views, please see https://directoriespro.com/documentation/getting-started/displaying-content-with-views.html

This should be possible using conditional rules so that the display element that shows the screenshot image is displayed only when no images have been uploaded for the listing. You can contact support anytime how you can configure this on your site.

If you don’t have time to answer all my questions, the most important thing for me is whether buttons and icons (and other fields) can be added to the card that appears in the directory listing and whether that card can have rounded corners. Another interesting question would be to know if shortcode is used or if is there also some WPbakery element to add the directory listing.

Yes, you can use any number of Button display elements. Also, a single Button display element can have multiple buttons.

There is no option for that, however, that is possible by adding a simple custom CSS. You can contact support, and we will let you know what you need to do.

It is also possible to make the grid layout the default layout or enable the grid layout only.

Tell me if it is possible to place 1 Carousel slider shortcode with Manage Views, on several pages, with different filtering, for example: Page 1: New York Schools 2nd page: Las Vegas 3rd page: Florida For the Carousel slider shortcode on each of these pages to display a different school (belonging to that city)? (Perhaps I can manually add additional tags to the shortcode that will filter by city) Or will I have to create copies of the Carousel slider in Manage Views with separate filters for this (this is very inconvenient if there are many cities)?

Yes, that is possible using the view shortcode.
I don’t see in the instructions FAQ how to do this. An example is a shortcode that displays all organizations, you need to apply a filter for a specific city. Can I add a city category to my shortcode and have it filtered?
