Hi there, To keep the system running when the internet suddenly goes out, you should not refresh the browser or even close it. Currently, this is the operation process. How Sync Works - You are using the POS - Internet goes suddenly - The pos still works and processes orders - And stores order data in local storage - Internet comes back - System sends all locally saved order data online again Thanks!
