A few minutes ago, I purchased iRestora PLUS – Next Gen Restaurant POS this software but can’t install it, showing this error message. Purchase Code or Username is not valid!

please go to install/install.php and replace 24077441 by 23033741 in 2(two) places

Hi, I installed a fresh copy of iRestora PLUS Multi Outlet and make a backup of full website with database for future restore if some thing wents wrong. Before adding all product in iRestora I checked all function like modifier, variation, kot notification, online order and more. All the function was working fine. Now, after adding all products and placing order for test, KOT notification stoped working. Again I create full website backup and restore 1st backup(fresh install backup). Now I am not avail to access my panel and getting HTTP error 501. Please help me to solve this issue.

Why product description is not displaying on POS screen?

Hi there, Sorry that we couldnt understand what you meant.

Adding some product description like onion, paneer, cheese in Add food menu->Description. Then why this description is not showing in POS.

I think you are talking about modifier or variation, can you check these two features in our software if you can find what you are looking? Thanks!

Hi everyone, I’m writing this because I’m annoyed. It’s been 2 days and they haven’t answered me in technical support, it’s supposed to be included and the service is very bad. I already opened a ticket and they sent me a number in whatsapp but they leave me hanging for a whole day, something so simple to solve takes too long, I’m still waiting, I’ve read other comments and I’m not the only one, so something has to be done with these friends either tend to your business or leave it. Why Modifier/Topping is missing in POS?

I got the solution from List food menu->action. I founded another bug. E.g. Pizza with multiple modifier/topping. When I try to add Pizza with topping egg and Pizza with topping chicken, it’s replace with last one. Need to add same Pizza with different modifier/topping.

Am sorry if am over complaining. But I Kindly all I want is your support to help me Just uninstall the License for me to use it on our online dome. Because its refusing/am unable to uninstall it from here . I have failed to uninstall it . It brings the error.

But your support says I should first Renew my Support expired. Kindly help me understand. Dose this mean each time I will need to uninstall the License. I will need have paid Support. Honestly? Other softwares I can just uninstall the License without any issues but you why . Why do I have to pay support first.

Yes I know my support has expired. But it’s not a must that I have to pay. I own the rights of the License. So I need freedom to uninstall and reinstall it whenever I want.

I have problems with your script. The installation is always giving problems. I have sent you messages on whatsapp since Thursday, you read but don’t even say a word. I opened ticket on your site since Thursday, no reply, not even automated reply, however you are quick to remind users to renew support. It gives the impression as though you are more interested in the money than the success of your software. Think about it please.

Hellow.. Sorry, Questions 1. I saw your DEMO (very Interesting) but When I place order by using One Computer(ex. Chrome Browser) it appear on Running Order list ex. aBS230606-002 but when I open same POS link on another Browser(ex.Microsoft Edge) in same COMPUTER , same Order Number – aBS230606-002 won’t appear on Running Order list.?

2. Same error appear when I place order by using different COMPUTERS/ Mobile Phone or Tablet… Order appear in Running order List ONLY (in same device and same browser) ,but when I change Browser or COMPUTER/TABLET/PHONE can’t see same ORDER Number in Running Order list..?

can you enable for Running Order to be saved in Online Database too, so Order can appear when I open any browser with same admin account?

because I test to Login WAITER ACCOUNT using MOBILE PHONE and order Placed succesful and appear in Running Orer List, but same time when I Login Admin account using COMPUTER same Order Number won’t appear in RUNNING ORDER List.?
