Pre-sales question: Is there a way to disable WordPress based tracking and track all events on Google Analytics? (e.g. impressions and conversions/clicks)?
I have seen the JS hooks, but does you plugin provide WordPress/PHP hooks to disable the inbuilt admin-ajax.php based tracking? Reason: We want to run a cached high traffic website but the admin-ajax.php calls on impression/click slow down the server (we don’t want to scale up the servers, we would rather switch the event tracking to something like Google Analytics)

My previous answer was to add the popup automatically. But you can add the popup on any of a post/page using the shortcode.

Hi there, I activate the Clean Talk Anti-Spam plugin for which I use the default settings, this plugin prevents me from submitting a custom subscription form I have created with the Master Popups plugin.
I have tested this by going to Clean Talk > Settings > Advanced Setting and turning off protection for custom contact forms. Then I can use the custom form.
Is there a way that I can keep the protection of Clean Talk Anti-span for example through an exclusion or other mean?

I am integrating Mail Poet with your plugin. There is a functionality issue that arises as follows when creating a subscription form in Master Popups.
The fundamental problem is that when I add a custom field in Mail Poet and call that field “mobile”, that leads to an error mesage appearing when I create and attempt to submit my Master Popups subscription form.
The message I receive when I attempt to submit the subscription form is “ERROR: Missing value for custom field “Mobile””.
I receive that message even when the “Mobile” field is populated in the Master Popups plugin. I also receive it even if there is no custom “Mobile” field in my Master Popups form at all. And I receive it irrespective of whether I use a customised Master Popups form or one of the template forms.
I know that the specific problem is using a custom field in Mail Poet because when I delete the custom “Mobile” field, the Master Popups form is able to be submitted without any issues. It seems that there is an incompatibility between Mail Poet and the Master Popups plugin when using a custom field in Mail Poet.
Could you please check this issue in your environment? I am using the latest versions of Wordpress, PhP and plugins. Unfortunately, I am not able to provide access to my site.

It is impossible to solve the problem just by assuming what may be happening. If you can’t give me admin access, then send me screenshots, so I can try to solve it.

Hi ! Did installed it, looks wonderful… at start. But, with cookie consent, even when users where accepting cookies, the popup was always coming back. My client is now angry cause a bar still appear even after deativating the two plugins… Now we have this message on top of the site “Cookie Settings is not available. Cookie Consent is disabled or is just disabled for your country.”. So sad and disapointed !

Hello good evening, yesterday I bought the Master Popups plugin, a really good and intuitive plugin. The problem is the following: The subscription popup does not appear on mobile devices, even though the popup is supported on all mobile devices. It doesn’t appear in Microsoft Edge either, it only works in Google Chrome. The other problem is that I would like to know how the thank you message for the subscription works, since it does not send emails to the subscriber, I already integrated Mailchimp and entered the company email: support@cupotronic.com. I also placed that email in the body where the email goes in the plugin in From: support@cupotronic.com, in the subscription form. Please, I would need to know if they have a tutorial or something, or know if the plugin has a bug. I already went through the entire plugin and couldn’t find the solution. Thank you so much!
Hi, the plugin definitely does not work on Microsoft Edge or Android in mobile devices. I reinstalled the site from 0 and tried installing the plugin without other plugins and it doesn’t work. I reinstalled Microsoft Edge from 0 also with the pop-up windows option allowed. It only works in Google Chrome. It’s a shame because the plugin is Excellent.

Hola buenos dias como estas? Mira, recien he probado y magicamente ahora funciona!. Es MUY raro si. Pero no funcionaba en Android y Microsoft Edge. Ya configuré el disparador de mail despues de suscribirte. Bueno, funciona todo ahora. Mi pregunta es, a que se debió ese error y porque antes solamente funcionaba en Google Chrome. Raro. Voy a crear otro popup para ver si ahora funciona bien y no vuelvo a tener ese inconveniente, cualquier cosa estamos en contacto. Si, estoy trabajando muy duro en el sitio, creo que por ahora va quedando muy bien, ahora estoy viendo con el plugin FluentCRM para hacer las campañas. Ya integré Master Popups con FluentCRM, logré que me envie el mail de confirmación pero no puedo lograr que cuando confirmo desde el boton, se envie el mail de secuencias de correo electronico. Pero anda todo muy bien por ahora. Muchisimas gracias!

I have already excluded all the .js files from the Master Popups and the popup now appears, but static on the page, without animation and cannot be closed from the cross in the corner. Greetings.
Sorry, the function of WP-Rocket is “Load Javascript Archives Differed”, cause the prolem, because, i desactivate the option, and the popup work perfectly on Android and Edge.

Hello, Master Popup has a conflict with Mailster. When I create a Master Popups list and I assign a Mailster list to submit the user email, even if “double opt in” is OFF. The user still get stored as “unconfirmed” in Mailster and receives an email to confirm their address. Can you check if this is a bug and happens also on your side?

As far as I know in Mailster the user always get set as “unconfirmed” if they’re using a suspect email provider such as “anondaddy.me”
But when using Master Popups to create the form, the user is set as “unconfirmed” even when using gmail.com or any other provider. Is almost as if Master Popups is triggering by default some spam filter in Mailster maybe?
