The moving truck is a basic setup where each pick up location (where do you want to pick up the truck part) is created as a separate service. Then within each service, each truck is created as a separate availability.
The demo also has “Places” enabled. What this does is allows choosing a departure and destination location. This can be done from the Places page.

Yes possible. In this case the service would be your location and the availability will be your boat. The price can be set on the availability but will display only after selecting a date and time.

Hi, Calendarista allows synchronizing with iCAL data format. So if you have a link to an iCAL feed, then synchronization is possible.

Yes you can. Do not set a cost on the availability but instead use the guests feature to set up the number of people. The guests function allows you to set up the cost based on the number of people selected.
