From what I could understand, payments made via Stripe are only made once, and not recurring. Automatic billing should be done every month instead of the user having to insert their credit card and pay again.
Now when payment is expired then paid features are locked in user panel until they renew their plan and yes need to pay each time.

So in your business mind why would I buy the script if I cannot charge for having to pay for hosting, support, script payment, promotional/marketing, and my most valuable asset: My time? So you you’ll charge me but I can’t charge for putting everything together? So then why don’t you let me have the script for free, try it out and later when I decide to charge my clients then I just pay for the extended license that should be called License since the basic only allows for you to play with it not make anything with it? Sorry can’t help to laugh when I see DEALS like this…

Thanks for your comment, If you want to start a online saas business then at first you need to build a system for your business which take at least 6 months work and you need to dedicated developer so I hope you can understand how much investment you need to run a saas booking such as Aoxio.
But here we are selling a full package with $229 but do you still think this is a huge investment for this ready system?

Normally most of our users buy the extended license but those who need to test on it or want to use personal usages they purchase the regular license and later they can upgrade their license anytime to pay only the difference amount $164 so ultimately you are investing the total $229 not more.

What does the Admin payout feature do? Does that mean that all the users accepting payments from their clients I get a little %?
If so, can I disable that and have the user not get charged more?

Hi prepurchase question, if the user pays directly (wire transfer) to the admin, how can he mark as paid so the seller can know the booking was paid? as far as I have seen only the seller (user) can mark the appointment as paid

Thanks for you’re interest in our script, let me give you an example, I have booked your service and paid $20 so this amount will go to the admin account and after cut off the admin commission lets say $15 will added in my payout account and now I am able to withdraw this amount to send a request to admin so for this you don’t need to Mark the paid status.

All users booking payments will go automatically to the admin account. Admin will set a minimum payout amount so when a user able to withdraw the amount they will send a payout request to the admin with a selected payout method and admin will send payment to this user and mark this request as paid.”
Finally, can you explain me what happens in this escenario: The admin activates payout, so all the payments will go to the admin even the offline payments, how can the service provider can guarantee that the user really paid to the admin if the admin can’t “Approve payments” of especif bookings as he can’t see them?
Sorry right now admin can’t see the booked appointments but we have a plan for this to show more details about it.

I have a big bug on the site:
When making an appointment, when the customer gets to the step where they have to identify themselves or log in, the system crashes and gets stuck at that step.
The customer who registers after making an appointment appears in the Users customer list. But not the appointment.
Is this due to the 2.1 update that I haven’t done?
Knowing that I’m on update 1.9 because you’ve done a lot of personal customization on the site.
What should I do?

Have you made changes on booking part? I have seen from your first comment you have made lot of custom changes so this error can be for any mistake on these changes or others but you know well our site booking system is always working.
So please contact your developer and told them you are facing issue .
Note: if you customise script then you must take the error responsibility for error or bugs.

Can the admin see all the details of the appointments done, like the cost, user, business, etc, I see that he just can see the total? 2. Is there any way of control that in the “Pay on site” option, the business really gives a percentage fee to the admin. (Its because i want that for every booking, the admin receives a percentage) 3. Is it possible that the user wire transfer to the admin , then the admin marks as paid and that change of status is sent to the business owner? I mean, that admin confirms payment first rather than business owner as currently it is thanks

1. Admin can only see the user information not user business detailed report
2. Yes you can control the pay on site option to enable the payout feature the all payments will go to the admin account
3. Yes using payout feature you can do that

I was just trying to finish settibg everything up and now that I’m starting to look into the subscriptions & appointments, I see that there are features which were advertised missing from the script.
I have no way of letting people pay for subscriptions & it is also not possible to receive payments for the users.
How come these features are advertised and not included in the theme?
I think you have purchased the regular license, Please check our item details page bottom, our demo site > payment settings and our documentation > payment settings we clearly mentioned our license terms in all places where you can’t charge from your users and there no payment gateways in regular license.

During Sign up, it’s asking for a Company Name, it’s assuming that this is ONLY for companies not individuals. Can we change it to “Company or Your Name”?
Yes you can from views > registar.php from this file, If you don’t have any knowledge about html and php then don’t change anything from the code
Would it be possible for the company/person to change a specific day for example September 15 from 2-5. The person is simply changing for that day and it will automatically resume the normal schedule. Right now, you have to change your normal schedule to accomplish this, then you have to change it back.
Please check our system workflow which we are providing but if you need something different then you can customise this script as you want.
If were using this also to schedule, not necessarily book. 1. Can have the option to rename “Book” to “Schedule” or whatever we want? 2. If you’re only schedule a meeting and not booking a service, can we have the option to remove the “price” completely so that it’s scheduled as a regular meeting? like Calendly does

Can customers input their address for mobile services?

Yes exactly. I want the customers to have the ability to type in their address when booking a service.
I am also wondering if it is possible to add a buffer time after an appointment? For example, a 1 hour service should block off 2 hours to allow time in between each booking.
Yes possible to add addresses field but sorry buffer time is not possible.
