I am also wondering if it is possible to add a buffer time after an appointment? For example, a 1 hour service should block off 2 hours to allow time in between each booking.
Yes possible to add addresses field but sorry buffer time is not possible.

This option is not available but need a little work in there, If you are going to buy extended license then I do it free for you.

I loggin your site as a USER, I’m in Subscription page. When selecting a plan, there is no option to put your credit card in order to pay for the plan.
Where do users make plan payments? how it works?
Payment option is disabled from admin panel – settings – preferences that’s why you are not settings the payment gateways in our demo once you enable on your system you will see it
I realized that when a schedule is made at a time, even if the schedule is confirmed, it is still possible for another client to make a new appointment at exactly the same time already made by another client. Is there a way to block appointments at times that customers have already scheduled?
You have a misunderstanding because same staff same service and same date – slot is not possible to duplicate booking but if you select different staff then you will be score to book the same date – time slot
unfortunately UltraMSG is VERY expensive, it will be a useless feature , do you have any documentation where it configures for example, after the customer makes an appointment, an email is sent 1 day before the scheduled date, and also sent 2 hours before the scheduled date.Do you have documentation or video telling where to change this?
Sorry we don’t have other options because right now whatsapp don’t provide any official api for sms.
There are some complications to add settings for before day but if you want you can easily change the day from file

Right now it’s fixed 1 day before the appointment, we faced some difficulties to set this settings in user panel but if you want after precise we can give this settings on admin panel

every time an appointment is scheduled, I want an email and a WhatsApp message sent via my api. An email and message is also sent when the appointment is accepted/rejected/complete/etc. When the appointment is 1 day away from the date, an email and WhatsApp will also be sent. When there are 2 hours left for the date, an email and WhatsApp will also be sent.
I want these reminders to be sent both to the establishments and to the customers of those establishments.
We have integrated Untramsg api for whatsapp message so you need to use their api and If you need automatic reminder messages to vendors and customers using whatsapp sms then it will go as a custom work
I have my own WhatsApp api that I use for free. UltraMSG is paid and expensive. I just want to know if it’s possible to do this integration using my WhatsApp api. I’m a programmer and if you tell me which file is used to send emails, I can edit it and configure it to also send whatsapp messages using my api.
If you want you can integrate your own api and you can easily disable the untramsg api from our site > settings

Google calendar is work fine on installed script but in our demo the credentials are not correct that’s why you are seeing this error but don’t worry it will work fine after installation.

Hello, Have you installed but the links are not working? If you have this issue you need to re upload .htaccess file on your script root folder, please check script documentation we provided clear direction on there, If still no luck send email to us with your server access we will make a fresh install for you.
