How can merchant have their own email smtp setup, so that all the order notifications to their users will be sent from the restaurant domain instead of the main KMRS
how to do this ? I couldn’t find any settings for this

hmm sorry not available
since kmrs is install in your domain it will be still using the admin domain to send email not merchant domain
even using smtp it will be hard to connect there will be an issue
unless you use sendgrid or any 3rd party emails
How to mark the cash on delivery as paid, if the merchant is on membership plan, Please explain to do
it will be automatically set to paid once the order is complete 
In the next update please include the long awaited Coverage area / Delivery Zones where one can use a map drawing tool to draw coverage area accurately. Option to add Merchant and Delivery Driver to this Coverage Area / Zone and will receive orders from their assigned Coverage Area/Zone only.

I bought your software a long time ago but never got around to using it.
Now I have clients for me web hosting business and they want a restaurant app.
However, they want the app to send orders to their POS.
They are using a manufacturer called Clover. You can look them up under clover.com.
Will your software support sending orders to the Clover POS?

Hi, this is the third month Basti! and every month you are saying that you are going to release a multi-currency feature this month and we keep waiting and waiting!! I started to believe that you are fooling us and that the waiting should be stopped.

its already done mate, you know that what i promise i always done it the only issue is the release cause there are so many features customer that keep asking me to add
multi currency now is different its not the basic one merchant can also set there own currency imagine the changes i will done for this to work
am just finishing other features that needed to be done before releasing so i can avoid multiple upload am not the author who release small update just to say that item is up to date
am releasing update that make sense not only small updates

take note multi currency will be included on update not as separate addon so its free update
For three months! I and most of the customers waiting for this multi-currency feature, and you keep saying “next update” and “this month”... I offer to pay for this feature but you keep saying it’s free it’s free, but not released and we have to wait forever just because it’s free!! if I know that I have to wait for this long I may purchase another script or pay another developer to customize it for me. and after you complete implementing it to the system now you waiting for other features to be complete so you can release them at once and you don’t care if you keep your customer waiting a decade I’m so disappointed.

In my old kmrs, the reviews on merchant panel are not sorted from recent to oldest. These should be listed in Recent-Oldest manner. Kindly check the screenshot – https://flic.kr/p/2oTm2sf

I have a problem with runactions. The mail adress should be on the same domain (where KMRS is installed), or it's possible to use an e-mail form another domain?
If the e-mail has to be on the same domain, please tell me how to modify *.htacces, to be able to install on a subdomain.

the sending of email will depends in your server so they filter it
now if you want to use other email you can use 3rd party payment using SendGrid
to install in sub domain you don’t need change anything cause it has no sub folder unless you will install it with folder then you need to change the .htaccess

Hi, I am having issue with Dynamic Rates, 404 page. Sent you an email.
THE ISSUE: in admin area under MERCHANT > LIST > Choose a Merchant > EDIT, go to ACCESS SETTINGS, selecting/check one or all boxes will cause 404 Page (You are not authorized to perform this action) to appear on functions like Creating or Editing Dynamic Rates for Delivery, Editing Food Item price attributes & other options.

Hello mate, Any idea to set order after placing for some merchant as a complete. If they don’t use order status change in merchant account. So after order placed its showing complete. I think we was use this for old kmrs if you remember I will send you screen shot for old kmrs.
My idea is if merchant or admin not set order complete then no commission for order. So we need to follow each order to mark as complete.

Hi, yes I know mate. But if merchant doesn’t login daily to his portal and change the status of orders its staying on new. So no commission to owner. My idea it’s has options to set the status complete if merchant not logging on dashboard. Like we had options to make order complete on merchant
Or did if order placed we can get commission on it or should be complete
