hi, I need to be able to book multiple resources at the same time and display a service and price. Like for a salon- is this possible?

Booking multiple resources at the same time is possible if busy times are disabled from Settings in Perfex CRM.
Displaying services and prices it is not an option for now but perhaps we can take a look at this and implement in future updates hopefully.

I have an ophthalmology clinic. About schedules and scheduling: There are some doctors there and each one with their respective schedules, can you put the personalized availability per doctor? Can i have separate agendas per doctor?

Availability in the module is global and set by an Administrator.
Separate availabilities per staff currently is not an option. Busy dates will be blocked (if enabled) but on a global level.

I found a bug. When I create an appointment by putting the check mark to enable notifications via sms and email and save, in reality this is not saved, or at least the sending of sms is not saved, because I only receive an email as a reminder, it must be I return to the appointment and modify it by specifying the boxes for sms and email notification again and saving, now the reminders arrive.

Is it in your roadmap to create a 2 ways sync with google calendar ? How can I avoid to have to update manually my availabilities on appointly ? Some days I’m not available, some yes, what solutions can you offer ?

Yes we are currently working on two-way sync with google calendar. Regarding the available days we will take a look into adding this as an option also.

Do appointments booked though this module automatically get added to my Google/Outlook Calendar and that of the client when approved? Just want to know this before I buy as I think it’s an important feature.

There is an option to automatically approve appointments after they are requests by the external form, but no automated option to directly add them to google calendar as well. We will take a look at this possibility before a new update is released.

Hi, I installed the module and connected it successfully with Google Calendar API. My events/appointments that are currently on Google Calendar do not sync into the Perfex CRM.
I see the following in your documentation “By default Google Calendar events are fetched from the past 12 months starting from current month.”

On the perfex version 3.0.6 and PHP8.1, when we install the Appointly module Version 1.2.3, the default lead section does not work. Please test and fix it.
