No, you cannot forward passwords through the application, but you can set/change any user’s password by logging in as admin. Also, there is a messaging system where you can share passwords with other users.

It is a web based stand alone application, where you get the source code. There are currently two types of licenses available. Standard license can be used in only one domain and extended license can be used in unlimited domains.

Hi, I have an issue with the application itself. I tried to run my application but I cannot login due to some issue. When I logged inside the application, they said that my copy of the application is not genuine and I had tried submitting the purchase code onto a popup at the bottom but it wouldn’t work and it keeps showing me error 404. Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you

When making a ticket via auto token, I do not get the correct print information when using an iPad. this happens with both Safari and Chrome. Please advice to correct this.

Yes, it will work if you have latest version browser. Audio auto-play and auto-print depend on browser behavior. Most browsers block auto-play and auto-print, if you allow auto-play to be enabled by changing browser default settings, the application will auto-play.
