I have an issue, today i couldn’t connect with any of my accounts, after a successful reset of the password, i noticed that i can log in with any password to my account. can you please help me fix this issue?

Also a minor bug I think my installation is in the root of site (public_html) so no folder, site directory is empty… all working but… for example paypal view/edit/1/
from the gateways page in the admin the links are pointing to invalid pagewhich is not valid, so I just add /admin to the url and all are working

Yes, I m aware of it and it will be fixed shortly, As for the admin help pages, this section is gone, since actual page builder is now part of the system You can still create your own pages and add new routes according to install manual

Just a minor database change, you are not required to update, just the files.

Hi love the version 5.00 i’ve just installed it today on localhost but i can see a few issues after the logo fix, which is working fine now
1. When create user from admin, no custom fields are showing after you go back to edit it, also no custom fields in the user account are showing. I dont think its saving custom fields to database because its asking me to fill out required field again but cannot because its not loading as above.
2. When user create account it shows all custom fields whether their hidden or not.
3. In admin payment options if you click on the text links they error to 404 but if you click on image they work ok.
4. In footer on front and admin it is showing “Powered by its not showing the text but the variable.

the new update MMP 5.0 work fine on localhost php v8.1.10 and after I uploading it to my host server, the main front page work fine but if i want to access /admin it showing the host error 404 Not Found, the latest php host on my is host is 8.1
First, you will need php 8.2+, secondly make sure .htaccess is present from the package. It might be hidden. You can not upload files from your localhost to a live server, unless both localhost, and domain use the same install directory (root). All of the files will need to be replaced, and you will need php 8.2+. My suggestion would be to install fresh copy, and import via phpmyadmin your users, and the rest of the data you need

I am having issues with my IPN listener, I am still using version 1 of your code and after the update you did for me last year with adding in the tracker for pages, I am very nervous about updating to the newest version of membership manager.
The error log is showing Process IPN failed: Invalid response status: 301.
Could you assist me please? or will i definitely need to update?

Hi Alex, the new version 5.0 is great, however, there are 2 issues: 1) The email (SMTP) does not send email to user to verify their account 2) The logo change also not show after changing the logo in admin panel.. Appreciate your help to double check. Thanks
Email should work, does it work for you on contact form? As for the logo I will verify, and provide patch if needed.
Hi Alex, I tried many times, and i am sure email is not working. For registration, they said successful and ask user to check email, but no email. For contact form, they also said successful sent, but also not see email in both sender and admin.

I have fixed the logo issue, and will update shortly. If you need it sooner, please email me from my profile page. As for the email, if you are receiving success message on submit, what that mean is email was passed to your mail server, from there its not possible to know what happens unless you have root access to your server. Maybe have your hosting company investigate why emails are not being sent.

You will not be able to see email settings, since they are not being used on demo site. if SMTP does not work for you try using sendmail, Usually the path is
/usr/sbin/sendmail -t, but you might want to verify this with your hosting company
I have just submitted update, should be available in few minutes or so. Just replace /lib/Core.php and /lib/File.php

1) the email SMTP is working, however, my domain is suspectly blocked by gmail (user using other than gmail can receive the email, except gmail) => Solved
2) There is issue with email, the user also received the email which supposed to admin (the title “New User Registration”; this email should only be sent to admin only).
3) I create few new pages in admin panel, but I cannot find the php files for these pages, appreciate your advice.

2. If you enable admin email notification from the configuration page, Admin will also receive an email each time user register. You can disable this feature.
3. Pages created from the admin panel are automatically added to the menu, and dont have actual file. These are virtual pages. You can assign membership access to them. Or you can create an old fashion php page by adding a new route in index.php. See the install manual for instructions
Why is the requirement specifically state “Apache mod_rewrite” ? Is it not possible to use with nginx ? Do you have any suggestion to fix 404 urls in nginx (location rule)
Yes you can use nginx as well.

That would be your server default php session timeout. You should be able to change it from your hosting panel, if not, contact your hosting company.
