Hello, Question regarding order statuses: I see you suggest coding to enable emails set up by 3rd party plugins. My questions: 1. Any (I mean any) email can be customised by this way? So no matter what plugin created that email, if I add the codes as you mention, I will be able to edit it with your plugin? 2. How hard is it to add those PHP codes? 3. Can be done with DIVI theme? We have had a chance to check the compatibility with Custom Order Status Manager by Bright Plugins, in this case, you can use the hook to add new email IDs for email types of new order statuses. Please refer to our guide (Creating new email types by 3rd plugin)

If you have knowledge of coding, it shouldn’t be difficult.

We’re not entirely certain about your inquiry regarding the DIVI theme, but it’s possible that DIVI would need to provide custom code on their end to ensure compatibility.

Thanks for the reply! No, I’ve meant other plugins (for example our payment provider pluign) which created new statuses for different purposes. For now, I think I’ve found a plugin that can handle those – will test. In case I don’t manage to get it going, I’ll be back. Thank you!

I’m currently using the Free version and this is fantastic!! Its very impressive. Thank you very much. But i’ve got one minor issue regarding the Shipping & Billing Addresses. When i send the test email, the customers address is all stuck together (if that makes sense?) – example: Joshua H36 Highstreet RoadLondonNW1 4NP01234 213321joshuah@live.co.uk I’m lost on how to fix this. Is this an issue with the free version?

PROBLEM SOLVED! Thanks for the email regarding the help link. I disabled all of the pluigns and tested the email and noticed the addresses we’re how they’re supposed to be, which was great!! So i need to find out which plugin is causing this problem. Thank you VERY much for the help Lavender. Keep up the good work!

Hi, why updates are not included in your license? Each theme or plugin i ever used from themeforest (used quite a lot) has support that expires, but updates are for lifetime. I am not sure is a fair policy?

1. New User Registration by Admin: – Type: Plain format email. – Recipient: Site admin (possibly the first user in the database). – Trigger: Site admin manually creates an account for a new user. – Email Subject: {site_name} New User Registration – Email Body: New user registration on your site {site_name}: Username: {username} Email: {user_email}

2. Password Reset by Admin: – Type: Plain format email. – Recipient: Site admin. – Trigger: Site admin initiates a password reset for a user. – Email Subject: {site_name} Password Changed – Email Body: Password changed for user: {username}

WordPress updates section shows there is new version 1.2.0. Automatic update doesn’t work because my support period has ended. When I download package from my CodeCanyon account and try to update, there is still old version 1.1.21.

This is totally unfair. Are you purposely not updating the file on CodeCanyon to force us to extend the support? A long time ago I gave you 5 stars, but I see that I probably did it too hastily…

Moreover, enable “Show image”, on the email server or display the email entirely as there might be content restrictions imposed by the email server.

Our plugin is specifically designed to customize default WooCommerce Emails. So you can use or create templates for these types.

You can create multiple templates for an email type using rules for templates such as languages, products, billing countries…., and priority.

We have had a chance to check and make our plugin compatible with the Germanized plugin at a certain version. Theoretically, the compatibility should be made from the 3rd plugin by creating email types in our plugin. The current version of their plugin is 1.1.22.

In their description of compatibility with a Germanised 3rd party plugin, they write the following:

3. creating new email types through a 3. plugin.

As of version 1.1.15, we have removed all email types that are not created by WooCommerce, as many customers with different email types can get confused between WooCommerce email types and third-party plugin email types, which can lead to unexpected problems. However, we have already supported the hooks for the previous customers, their email types can be functional by adding the email type ID and name.

Do I understand correctly, from version 1.1.15 onwards there is no longer the possibility to integrate email types from 3.provider software, but the following code can also be used with their current version.

Can you tell me where the snipped code is entered? Is it correct to enter the code in the dashboard under the “Snippets” tab and add the email_id there?
