Is this plugin supported or abandoned?

Something is not working as of new versions of WooCommerce. I guess we are all individually need to solve the problem. But it would be very helpful if author do it as bug fix release. If I fix it, I will post the solution. If someone else fix it, please post it for us. Thanks

I have tried to contact you by the means you indicated but I don’t think I have received any response (it’s been more than a week since my first attempt). As previously mentioned, we need, if possible, that you solve the incompatibility of the plugin with Woocommerce High-performance (HPOS), because if it is not compatible, it does not allow us to activate this improvement of the orders. If this cannot be solved I will unfortunately have to ask for a refund of the purchase of the plugin and the PRO subscription.

Ik heb gekeken naar HPOS en de eerste tests die ik heb gedaan laten zien dat het geen problemen geeft met de huidige plugin.

HPOS gaat over orders (bestellingen) en aangezien deze plugin daar niks mee doet loopt het elkaar niet in de weg.

Mocht je er toch problemen mee ervaren laat dat dan aub weten.

Bedankt voor je reactie. Als ik HPOS wil activeren in de WooCommerce settings krijg ik nog de volgende melding:

“⚠ Er is één incompatibele plugins gedetecteerd (Stock Synchronization for WooCommerce).”

Hierdoor is het niet mogelijk om HPOS te activeren ondanks dat de plugin niets met bestellingen doet is het blijkbaar nodig dat alle plugins compatible zijn.

Ah ik snap het, zo te zien moet ik eerst in de code aangeven dat de plugin compatible is. Dit zal ik zsm in een update doen.

Mocht je hier niet op willen wachten kan je me even een support e-mail sturen, dan stuur ik je een aangepaste versie van de plugin!

Been using the premium version for a while. Connects with Drive and files on FTP easy. Just doesn’t work well combined with WPML. In case of a translation, it updates the stock of the translated product, not the original. The same sku probably exists in both the original product as the translated product I’m guessing. Hope that will be addressed with an future update.

The module doesn’t work, they want me to pay a monthly fee, I’ve been trying to get in touch for 1 week and nothing! Zero support! I want my money back!....

The plugin does not require a monthly fee, this is only for premium functionality of the plugin. Without the monthly fee the plugin works perfectly fine.

The structure is not restricted, so as long as the CSV is valid it can work!

The stock quantities can be matched by SKU (standard WooCommerce field).

Pre Sale question. I read in the description the cron for a stock push is based on time (Daily, twicedaily or hourly). Isn’t the sync push when there is actually a stock change? So let’s say: website A has a purchase, stock decreases locally at that trigger it pushes to the others?

Thank you for your question! The sync is only a one-way sync from a file to your WooCommerce site. So the file is not affected when a sale is made on the website.

Sorry if i was not precise , completely delete (options aswell and from database) If i reinstall , options are staying , if unstinstall was succesfull i won’t have any settings with I install it
