My stock doesn’t get updated
If your stock is not getting updated, check for the following possibilities:
- Check the delimiter, is it set to the correct delimiter of the .csv file?
- Check the URL, is it correct?
- Check if your .csv is valid, the plugin requires a valid .csv. You can check your file at https://csvlint.io
- Does your file contain special characters like á, ñ, ę etc? Check the box ‘Large file optimalization’, then these characters will be automatically skipped.
