The cause of the problem is the WP Rocket plugin, with the “Lazy Load” option. Try looking for that option and disable it.

Hello I’m building a multilanguage site, so I need a popup for the homepage in french and a different one for the english homepage. When I create one for the french page it shows on the english page also. I don’t want that. How do I configure the pop up to show only on the french page. And do the same for the english pop up?

I’ve created an “display inline” popup but there’s still another notification popup appearing. How do I make it so just the inline popup appears?
Got the inline to work with “embed automatically in” and checked before post.
But it still appears twice on the same page.
After post is unchecked. Maybe issue with Elementor?
*Edit, looks like the popup is thinking the footer class is the start of a new page as well? Is there a setting to only have 1 specific popup per page? Shouldn’t be appearing in the footer.

I am having an issue with my popups appearing on mobile devices when they have been either deactivated completely or set to not appear on mobile or tablet devices.
It doesn’t appear to be a cache issue as I have cleared all cache associated with my website many times and the popups reappear:

Verify that the Cookie option is activated for the event that opens the popup, for example, “On Load” :

Thank you for the configuration info. Your suggestion solved the problem with one of my popup issues. However I am still having a problem with one popup displaying on mobile devices when it is configured not to show there.

Try to disable also for Tablet, Some mobile devices are interpreted as Tablets.

Make sure that in the popup there is a field with the name “field_number”.
your plugin has some known incompatibility with smush or imagify. The popups do not show the images that are in the design, they only show them in the preview, in production on the web they do not show images. I have tried svg, png, jpg and gif images… thank you.
