There are mainly two options for monetizing:

- Inclusive/Exclusive taxes, set from the admin panel, will apply to all transactions. This way, clients are charged the total amount, and the creator gets the credit – your taxes.

- Applying custom withdrawal fees – as payouts are manual, you can enforce any rates you wish.

There are multiple ways of serving content as a creator (manage-able by admin settings as well):

- Regular profiles > Content is locked until subscribed

- Free profiles > Content is locked until the profile is followed for free

- Open profiles > Content is open for both registered and unregistered users

On top of these types, creators can have paid posts, which are locked no matter the profile type, until unlocked via payment.

Unfortunately, that is not possible, unless you choose to use withdrawal commissions, where I imagine you could apply custom fees. as you wish, based on what you’ve established with the creator.

Please help me with this: - Is there any member access log on the system? - When a subscription gets cancelled, is there any notification at all for anybody by mail? - Would it be possible to enable any kind of notification of cancellations?

We do seem to have some previous email conversations, but they’re from last month, which are all replied to (checked spam/filters as well).

Please make sure you send us the initial email via our profile page contact form, to be sure that your email will reach us. If you’re still having issues reaching us via email, do not hesitate to write a comment either (just do not include sensitive data).

At the moment, there are no canceled notifications – as for the creator. The customers do get email updates (eg: upcoming renewals, expiring subscriptions). However, creators can see their list of active subscribers/recently canceled subs via “Subscriptions” and “Payments” modules.

Not really, I think that might not be the best idea, as you scale.

If using a service like mailgun (API or SMTP) – they do offer full email logs so you could have a good overview of what emails are being sent.

All verified users with email and ID when they create a public or paid post the publication is not active but it is in pending status and displays the alert that must be approved by the administrator but I have not enabled this option. I await a solution, thanks

Before proceeding with troubleshooting, can you make sure the value of Admin > Settings > Compliance > Admin pre-approved posts limit is set to null/0?

Nothin found in the doc link. Plus, cant locate where to enable as browsin the admin backend displays errors every now and then.

Generally, you can find all such settings within the Admin > Settings area (in tabs like Site, Profile, Feed).

We usually do not track all available settings within the documentation, as most of app-like settings are quite self-explanatory (+ descriptions are provided in the admin panel).

Depending on your hosting account you have a few options:

1. If running a VPS with ssh access, you can install php extensions separately. Same with cPanel/WHM

2. If running a cPanel – check if you can enable those extensions within PHP configuration module

3. If cPanel doesn’t allow to PHP extensions updates, you can also try to switch between your other available PHP versions, and see if others have those extensions enabled.

1: do you have all the feautiful that onlyfans have? 2: do you have more features that Onlyfans doesnt have. Wouldn’t be able to tell that exactly. We took some inspiration from OF, but from things like Instagram, Twitter as well – we don’t aim at offering a 1:1 OF clone, not we are aware about the features sets that much.
3. can I add addon in my website if I want? The site is built on PHP (Laravel) and JS (pure JS & jQuery) + Bootstrap (HTML) frontend – meaning that custom changes/addons can be built for it.
4. I meanly use for asia, specially china, but they only accept alipay and wechat pay, would you add both payments in my website or just one is okay. thank you so much. I really want to buy.
Unfortunately, we’re quite caught up at the moment and can’t really help with custom implementations. However, deppending on your content type, you might be able to use Stripe, which offers weechat&alipay out of the box if I recall correctly.

We do have plans to adjust couple of areas, I think the first one will be the homepage. As for the app-wise layout, we’re quite satisfied with it at the moment, though UI,UX issues will always be addressed, if any appear.

Overall, with time, we might consider design overhauls as well, but is yet too early, as at the moment, we’re focusing on creating and maintaining a quite rich feature set.

Sorry for the inconvenience, yes, we’ve became aware of this happening on certain server environments, in an intermittent manner.

We actually do already have a fix prepped, to be part of the next update. If you need it faster, DM us and we’ll send you the patch.

Also – in the meanwhile, you can manually set the subs status to approved, if the transaction status is indeed set to completed as well.

Yes, that’s what I had been doing (setting to Complete manually), but there is no expiration date, does that matter?

Once the fix is applied, the renewals will automatically update the expiration date.

For more consistency, you can also update that value manually, from the admin panel.

Hi there,

Yes, there is an withdrawal area, which seems to be missing from the admin demo instance. This is caused by some demo branch issues, which we’ll try to address soon.

But yeah, withdrawals area is present in the product and allows you to update withdrawals statuses (approve/decline), so users are also notified. Keep in mind that payouts are manual, you need to transfer the money to the creators.

Hello my friend, I have a problem with my 2 justfans installations: I upgraded to 6.3.1 a few days ago and found a few problems occured: 1. all the lists (followers etc.) were gone. My profile has got zero followers now.

2. When people log in and should get taken to their MAIN FEED, they get an error: An internal error occurred Sorry, something happened on our side.

3. Whenever I want to upload a file that is bigger than 2 MB, I get an upload error.

All these problems did not occur before and came with the installation of 6.3.1. Where did I go wrong? Or is that a known issue?

1-2. Q: After replacing the new updated files, have your ran the domain.com/update step? That is supposed to update the database, and if not ran, it might cause 500 errors in different updated areas.

As for the point 3., if this wasn’t the case before, then this might be related to the same cause.

Good day, I tried to upload a video that was over a minute but an error showed saying it was too big which is fine….but, how can I increase the size so that I can upload a video more than 30 seconds?

The video length limit can be increased within the Admin > Settings > Media > Max videos length. That setting might be responsable for the 30sec max videos sizes.

Generally, that error indicates that the mysql server is down.

This could either be due to the hosting, having issues with the mysql instance, or maybe, they use a different host than localhost for the mysql server – which might also explain that error.

We wouldn’t really be able to provide such tutorial, as adding a new payment provider is not that trivial, and many aspects must be considered.

We are also not sure how Pix works – do they give you an IBAN or allows to send money to bank accounts? If, so, what we were saying is that you could have used the “Bank transfer” option as a workaround, until we get to research an official Pix implementation.

Also – if you could provide us access to a PIX account (via a DM) – we can save it around so when the time to add a new provider comes, we can look into Pix as well.
