Every time I want to update through my WP Dashboard Plugin section, I get a message “update failed” How would you recommend to go around this? Hi , i noticed that when i activate the plugin alone with only elementor without any caching layers -server or plugins – the cache control = cache-control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate, if i deactivated it it is gone , this settings with the cache control make a conflict with any other caching layer and prevent it from caching probably, so the site be a too slow, do you have any idea with this? any settings must to do ?
Plugin is compatible with caching plugin. It doesn’t add anu caching headers.
So if i deactivate the popups it is not displayed but the loader continue to showing with the dark page if i clear the caching every thing come back fine is there any way to exclude the plugin from the cache? exclude cookies or script?

How do you switch pages with a link or button?
I have a multipage popup for login/registering new users. Page 1 is login and Page 2 is registration both have specific fields. On the login page there is a button and text that users should click on to register. But how do I get this to open Page 2? I tried next button type but that gave errors because emails and password fields are required.

I have created a popup with 2 choices for my customers. If they choose option A they are blocked from the site and redirected to google. If they choose option B then popup is closed for 30 days and visitors gets access to the website.
I want to include analytics code to my website after my popup closes, so only when they choose option B. I understand that i can use custom javascript handlers (AfterClose), but how do i set this up? Can you give a small example of this? Something like: if AfterClose then add code (analytics).

Hey Team, Our website – www.digitalgurukul.in has Green popup plugin installed. It appears when user clicks on “Download Brochure” button on desktop – but since last few days – It fails to load on mobile devices. kindly resolve the issue
This is not related to type of devices. The reason is different. You protected access to the wp-admin folder with recaptcha.cloud. Due to WP architecture, this is not allowed, because WP native ajax handler is located in this folder (/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php). As a result all requests to ajax handler are blocked by recaptcha.cloud. So, please disable recaptcha.cloud for this folder and everything will work.

Is there a way to make everyone add their email address and not allow them to simply click outside of the box and the pop goes away? I want to force people to enter their email if they want to access the website. Is this a current setting with this plugin? If so, how would I enable this feature?

Is it possible to append a parameter to the URL that will correspond to some variable that will identify the user that just filled out the form?
