Hi basti, i’ve a really big problem: I need to change my registration domain but you tool not work because my username is changed from ballad_it to devworks_it. If I insert my actual username write me “Verify all your data”, if I insert the old one write me “username not match with codecanyon”.
Please is really urgently because I cannot access to admin back office.

Hello. How do we update if we have the system installed and have made some chnages to content (wording, graphics, etc)? Do we simply install the files that are in the update folder and perform a database update in admin? Or some other process?
hi mate
when you say wording this is done via language file? if yes you can simply extract the update.zip
but if you modify the code in any of the php files it means your files will be different from the original files
so you need to compare your files to new files

Now I am experiencing an error 500 and I have no clue why. The database creds are still there, and everything is fine in k-config.php
I can’t access the backoffice nor the application iteself.

I am now experiencing an http error 500, the database creds are correct, the k-config file is correct with them, I was working in the system fine for some hours after the update but now I am getting the http error500. I’ve cleared cache and checked all browsers and multiple devices.
What can be wrong?

Ah man, it’s the PHP version. I installed another site earlier which required php 8.1
I switched back to php 7.4 and not it’s fine. But my other site is jacked up now, which I guess I will need to migrate this one which uses KRMS to a host of its own and not used shared hosting
ah yeah right now php 8 is not fully supported but yii does support already php 8 but we need to make sure all code runs and works well in php 8
Well I’m good to go now. Probably could just write a new php.ini file for the krms directory to use 7.4 and let the cPanel put 8.1 for the site that needs it.
Eventually probably should move krms to its own host I guess too

I have a pre sale question. I need to make a website and accompanying mobile app for a restaurant that caters to truck drivers. They want to create a system where the truck drivers can order food while on the road, so that it is ready by the time they reach the restaurant.
Can I do this with you product out of the box? Ideally I am looking for a solution that can do this with minimal changes.

1. use customer app as a driver to place the order
2. or use rider app to place and order but you need to modify the rider app to place an order to a restaurant

check first if your localhost if allow over write is enabled this either means your localhost cannot run .htacess
also verify the installation folder

if your running localhost this will work offline but if you site is on live domain no options for this to work

Dear Basti as i mentioned in my email we are going to change the domain of our bussines. we have already purchsed new domain. i have done the registration (giving old domain and new) via ur activation link what u sent as reply (14h 07/23). but the site still not works. when the occation of changing the domain should we change all folder settings or is only change the path is enough to active new domain? (mate its kind of urgent )
OK now manage to run the site in new domain. but 1. push notifications says “Beams NotAllowedError: Registration failed – permission denied” 2. can login as admin, vendors or restaurant owner loging not working.

only the showing of address on front end has difference
