We have used this plugin for years and have renewed the support subscription every six months for years.
But we have not been able to use any of the updates since November of 2022 (13 months).
Just downloaded the latest update and no luck with it either so far….
Not easy to test on a staging site as plugin licensing is via interactivepixel (separate service I guess) and it feels like this plugin REALLY needs to be tested most of the time.
Anyone else experiencing this too?
It was a great plugin for us, and still run an old version of it that we continue to pay for updates on… but that can’t make sense for ever.

This plugin is feature rich also very good but one big problem is when you register a domain to the licence and you decide for any reason to disable the website you can’t use the plugin to a new domain you must buy a new license, so before buy the plugin you must be sure that you keep the same domain for years, GOOD!!
can’t download the plugin because of a Trojan founded and deleted from antivirus before i can extract the file. what to do? is safe to disable the antivrus and open it?

We use windows and dont have such warnings. As far as we know there are no viruses in the plugin. Can you test with real antivirus software to see exactly what files is detected as such?

as mentioned fro other user earlier is: Trojan.HTML/Obfuse.JSI, not possible to scan with other antivirous because deleted before stored in the pc.
You can deactivate windows aintivirus, download it, then scan with some real antivirus program like Malwarebytes. My pc and mac do not report such problem, but I would l like to know more if possible. But it could be that defender is just reporting obfuscated javascript files.
We can do a test if you want. I can send you the plugin files which use differnet obfuscation to see if this makes a difference.

Make sure you extract downloaded file from codecanyon, inside you will find file named: ‘apmap.zip’. This is the plugin file you upload in wordpress panel!

I see you do not answer my question! I get the message “Trojan.HTML/Obfuse.JSI” from Microsoft Defender, then the file is deleted! I shouldn’t be installing something like this. Does anyone here have the same problems?
There is no Trojan.HTML/Obfuse.JSI file anywhere in our plugin files.

Hi, after update from v9.0 to v9.2 the settings pages in the backend are all blank and in the browser console is listed an error in glob.js at : if (_0×219af2‘ruh’(’,’) > 0×1) {} else { -> TypeError: This is not a function. Maybe this is helpful.

Hi, how can i bring up the “Add to favorites” icon from playlist directly next to the player controls? I want to have a single song player. This player shall only play ONE song from a defined playlist ([apmap player_id=”5” playlist_id=”1” active_media_id=”3”]) No skipping allowed. The “Add to favorites” icon shall be available next to the play button. Please help. Thanks in advance.

first of all i have to say that is a very good plugin and everything workin as advertised, now i try to download and install the latest version but windows dedender blocks the installation because of a Trojan founded, so i install again a previous copy to the same domain and fresh installed wordpress and when i try to register the plugin says that is already registered and used so you must buy another license, what is this???
