Hello, I know you are really busy, I just wanted to let you know your main site seems to be down, I’m sure you are aware, aka: operating correctly, if not for your update history here, this would really concern me and would have move on already.
New people may think this not a good product, just based on that, your main site is not working well. REF: https://woocommerce-b2b.com/
Sadly there is a ton of not well made plugins out here and yours only got my attention as I found the demo another way and thus seems somewhat promising, if I can get it to work to my simple yet different needs.
Also I emailed you via the contact with a request to get into a little bit of a deeper conversation if you would be so obliged.
Thank you for your time and all the best…
Hi ingenious, how are you? I hope so! From our checks there are no malfunctions or problems, could you please provide more information? I’m really glad you like WooCommerce B2B, the presale questions department will get back to you as soon as possible
Is it possible to disable third-party plugin shipping methods (Ex Fedex) in addition to the woocommerce basics (Free Shipping, Local Pickup and Flat Fee)? Is it possible to create a shipping type (Ex: To be agreed) for an exclusive user type? Or set Free Shipping to a value different from that defined in retail purchases? Or simply remove the entire shipping tab at checkout for wholesale customers?
Hi JulianaGomes, in WooCommerce B2B you can disable shipping methods (also from third parties) by group:

Can I use your plugin with this WP theme : Bacola – Grocery Store and Food eCommerce Theme
https://themeforest.net/item/bacola-grocery-store-and-food-ecommerce-theme/32552148Hi JOE_IronMan!
We don’t have direct experience with this theme, but at the moment we don’t have any compatibility problems with themes
Hi Code4lifeitalia,
does the B2B plugin support the “tax free intracommunity delivery”? For example: The price display for business customers in Germany is net price plus (19%) VAT, while for customers from other EU countries VAT is not calculated, if they have provided a valid VAT ID. In that case, the correct final amount (with or without VAT) should be displayed on the shopping cart / checkout page in each case. The note “tax-free intra-Community delivery” is also important and must not be missing on the order confirmation and invoice. This is certainly not different in Italy. There it is said: “cessioni intracomunitarie esenti”...
Hi mh1, welcome back!
WooCommerce B2B allows you to apply tax exemption based on the group you belong to, take a look at the “Tax exempt” option in the group settings page:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-content/docs/woocommerce-b2b/assets/images/settings/GroupTaxExemption%5B1%5D.pngFor any other information or insights you can refer to our dedicated support channel:
https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/Hi Code4lifeitalia,
thanks for the feedback! I have seen the settings for tax exemption, but that doesn’t hit it exactly, because the tax exempt supply in the described case doesn’t refer to a specific customer group, nor generally to a country, but depends on the given VAT ID.
I just wanted to know if the described procedure is possible with the B2B plugin and if necessary I would contact support to find out how it works.
You’re welcome mh1, WooCommerce B2B doesn’t have this kind of feature in its list, sorry. VAT exemption management and assignment can be only handled manually, after your appropriate verifications. Hope these informations can help you to resolve your doubts, best regards
How to check demo??
Hi Code4lifeitalia,
we bought your B2B plugin to implement a store where only registered customers are allowed to buy.
This requires additional fields for the registration (e.g. for VAT validation), which your plugin provides.
In our case, however, these fields only appear when we create a separate registration page with the shortcode [wcb2bloginform wcb2b_group=”xxx”], but not on the default account page [woocommerce_my_account], as is the case in your demo site.
By the way, we are using the Kadence theme. And in the WooCommerce account and privacy settings, the option “Allow customers to create an account on the My Account page” is enabled.
What did I miss or do wrong?
Hi mh1, for the default form you can refer to the GUEST special group options, enable the “Extend registration form” option in this group. For any other technical information you can refer to our dedicated channel:
https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/and our team will be happy to help you solve your doubts! Best regards
That was the crucial hint!
Does it work or was it tested using the woodmart theme?
Yes indprint, WooCommerce B2B is compatible with Woodmart theme
Hi guys – the support docs don’t load for me hence writing here. How can we create products or categories which can only be viewed by logged in users / one of our wholesale groups?
Hi ravravrav, could you please provide more information on what you mean by “the support docs don’t load for me”? In our logs there are no problems or errors.
We have your registration and also a ticket you opened a few days ago.
You can manage the visibility of the product categories by configuring the appropriate option:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-content/docs/woocommerce-b2b/assets/images/settings/ProductCategory%5B1%5D.pngHello!
I have a question about your product.
At the moment I have a client who needs, in addition to the typical options of prices by customer group and quantity discounts, needs to be able to sell products by length and surface. That is to say, he needs the customer to be able to enter decimal quantities when buying the product.
There are several plugins that do this function, but I wanted to know if you know of any compatible plugins that can be combined with the capabilities of your plugin to offer different prices per group and quantity discounts.
Apart from this need, I would also like to know if your plugin allows to hide navigation menu items according to the group to which the customer belongs. Similarly, is it possible to hide individual products from the shop depending on the group a customer belongs to?
Finally, can I import price data, quantity discounts and tiered prices via wpallimport?
Hi xaifu, thanks for interesting in WooCommerce B2B!
Honestly, I can’t tell you from direct experience a particular plugin for managing prices by size, sorry, but consider that WooCommerce B2B alters the basic price of the product using the standard WooCommerce hooks and this allows coexistence with other plugins that use the same standards. At the moment we have no reports of malfunctions or incompatibilities in this regard.
It is not possible to hide menu items directly, but it is possible to manage the visibility of product pages and categories by group. As a result, non-visible product pages or categories will also be removed from the menu.
It’s not possible to hide a single product for now, only by product category, but it’s a feature we’re already working on.
All WooCommerce B2B data is inserted in the post meta, as per WordPress standard and can be managed natively by WooCommerce’s default import/export tools and REST APIs. As a result, third-party plugins that handle postmetas can also handle WooCommerce B2B additional data.
I hope this information will help you solve your doubts, best regards
Thank you for your response!
According to your answer, it seems that your plugin is the definitive plugin that I have been looking for a long time to meet the B2B needs of my clients.
I’m looking forward to trying it out on a couple of projects I’m currently working on.
Great xaifu, glad to hear this, thank you! Here is some further useful info:

Hi is it possible to have the min order amount on items excluding VAT? For example we enter prices in the store with no VAT, but the min order amount triggers on basket value after VAT is added if that makes sense. Thanks,
Hi ravravrav, right now min amount comparison is against cart total (it includes taxes, shippings, coupons, fees and so on). I sent this request to the development team to evaluate its feasibility in future releases, thanks for suggestion.
Hy! Your plugin is compatible with new woocomerce chenge HPOS?
Hi luciandel1!
We are reviewing and running additional tests to be sure everything can work well with HPOS before declaring full compatibility. In any case, everything will be ready by August
I am using the registration form shortcode on my page but it only shows the login form. How can I fix this?
I am using shortcode like this – [wcb2bloginform wcb2b_group=”4246”]
Hi ravravrav, without seeing your configuration it’s a bit complicated to understand
I can assume that the “Enable registration on myaccount page” option is disabled in your WooCommerce but it’s just a guess.
If the problem persists, could you please open a ticket to the appropriate channel:
Thx
Hey thanks for the quick response. I’ve opened a ticket now. Seems strange because I set up my group with 50% discount, now I click on it and the global discount box is greyed out and empty. Anyway I await your quick resolution, thank you!
You’re welcome! As I can read in ticket, it’s a wrong configuration issue
Can i add products discount to woocommerce POS system?
Hi arezine, could you please provide more information about the asset you are referring to, to avoid misunderstandings?
Hello, In you live demo, are these all the options available? I don’t see any options from which mentioned in the plugin description. Thank you
Hi TagerOnline, how are you? I hope so!
Sure, the demo is complete and makes all options available.
If you tell me which option you’re referring to, I could be of help to you
Maybe the online documentation can help you too:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/documentation/Let me know!
Hello,
In the new function “Save Cart”, please add two things in your roadmap: - comment or name (only an ID and date are not very UX) - Preview function or details (before to add to cart)
Many thanks !!
Hi sigmae, thanks for your suggestion
For support you can refer to:
https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/How can I HIDE prices on archive pages and single product pages if user is NOT logged in?
Hi dennygoosensen, not logged in customers refer to default GUEST group. In the edit group page you can configure the “HIDE PRICES” option:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/BACKEND-Groups-Edit-1920x790.pngFor more information, our support is available:
https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/Ok, can i make another Group the default Group to not show prices instead of the guest Group?
Hi dennygoosensen, DEFAULT group and GUEST group are different concepts. The default group set in the WooCommerce B2B settings page is the group automatically assigned to customers who register, while the GUEST group is a special virtual group where users who are not logged in or without a group converge. For more information, please refer to our support channel:
https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/Hello, can this work with BoroBazar WP theme ? https://borobazar.redq.io/
They have a special product card grids + product quickview feature + off canva cart. We mainly need pricing, minimum quantity and quantity steps features enabled for these layouts.
Thanks.
And obviously, visibility by user role.
Hi IJ TRADING! I’m not familiar with this particular theme, but WooCommerce B2B is entirely designed and developed using the default standards and hooks provided by WordPress/WooCommerce, to ensure full compatibility with all assets that comply with the same standards.
We have no compatibility problems in this regard
Regarding “And obviously, visibility by user role”, I’m not sure I understood your request correctly, if you mean the visibility of product pages and categories, this happens by group, not by role, these are two different concepts :- )
I hope this information helps to solve your doubts, best regards
Hi there. Thank you for the quick response, I’m asking because we had a compatibility issue using another Wholesale plugin. As I said the theme is using a special products grid using the plugin “Gridster” + 2 of their own plugins that set up some other features in the theme.
Do we have access to a demo of your plugin that we can use in our own website ? a couple of days will do the work.
About the visibility, I mean restrict access to some products by user roles, this I balieve can be achieved the way you’re doing it, not a big deal.
Thanks
You’re welcome IJTRADING, unfortunately the name of the theme and the type of visualization it uses is not indicative of how it was developed, sorry, they must use the standards set by WordPress/WooCommerce. Unfortunately we don’t have a trial version, sorry.
Hello! I have some presale questions: 1. I have a bilingual (Italian and English) e-commerce site that uses Polylang for multilingual features and I should insert the b2b features only for one of the two languages (English). So Italian would just follow normal b2c rules, English just b2b. Is it possible to do this with your plugin? 2. For the English language only, I need the currency not in € but in dollars, is it possible to set this with your plugin? 3. Is the plugin compatible with Elementor, Polylang and Jupiter X theme? Thank you!
Hi SmartSitiWebFerrara, how are you? I hope so!
If you have a multisite installation, you can activate WooCommerce B2B on only one of your instances, but this depends on the Polylang configuration. Regarding the currency, this aspect is independent from WooCommerce B2B, which follows the WooCommerce currency. Also in this case therefore, if the installation is multisite, you can configure the currency separately. In regards to compatibility, we have numerous users using both Polylang and Elementor without any problems. I honestly don’t have any guidance on the JupiterX theme, but consider that: 1- WooCommerce B2B is designed and developed faithfully using the hooks and standards provided by WordPress/WooCommerce, precisely to ensure full compatibility with third-party assets 2- At the moment, we have no reports of problems with this theme, and in general of compatibility problems
I hope this information helps to solve your doubts, best regards
Hello and thanks for the quick response! we do not have a multisite installation, but it is the same site translated into two languages (so we have domain/shop/it and domain/shop/en), which should follow the b2c rules for one language and the b2b rules for the other. Do you recommend creating a multisite installation instead? What do you mean “but this depends on the Polylang configuration”? Thank you!
*sorry, I have dominio.it/shop/it and dominio.it/shop/en
You’re welcome SmartSitiWebFerrara! I would recommend a multisite installation of WordPress for this scenario, as the solution I believe you are adopting is a translation of the same site, therefore it does not allow to have different configuration and rules, therefore (regardless of WooCommerce B2B) you would have exactly the same site with the same currency and the same rules, but in two different languages.
Hello pre-sale question: Is there a easy way to hide single products for B2B customers?
(It’s a Hybrid store and some Items are not for wholsesalers… however we cannot put them in categories.) The best would be like a switch in each produkt to check and uncheck… .
Is there a simple solutions for single product show / hide? Rules like “show Retailer X not categorie Y” won’t work
thank you! Bastian
Hi Bastian, how are you? I hope so! Thanks for your interesting, WooCommerce B2B hasn’t this kind of feature, sorry. Products visibility can be only managed by categories, as you already noticed
Hi code4lifeitalia, thanks for the fast reply! Ok I understand – Maybe for your Roadmap: it would be great to have multiple ways to hide products from b2b buyers. Purely via “category” doesn’t fit well, since you don’t create a category for b2c and b2b.
it would be better to deactivate individual products or to be able to hide products with certain tags / properties / brands via a rule (products that are from this brand, have this tag or have this property).
You’re welcome Bastian, thank you to you for your tip!
But maybe there is a misunderstanding. It is not necessary to create different categories for B2B and B2C, it is possible to manage the visibility of the same category based on the user group:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/BACKEND-Product_categories-Edit-1920x790.pngThen, you can hide the category for B2C users (GUEST group) but make the same category visible for other groups.
Hi Code4lifeitalia, i know that (that you can create visibility rules for categories).
I explain it differently: Hiding or showing products of a category for certain users is filtered too coarsely. It is often only individual products or brands that should not be offered.
Example: Our store has B2C and B2B customers = hybrid store. All categories etc. are created according to a logical pattern (e.g. clothing -> t-shirts).
The following scenario: All products should be accessible to B2C customers. However, B2B customers are not allowed to see certain brands or products (cross-category).
Reason: When it comes to wholesale business, there are brands/manufacturers who do not approve of B2B sales. It can also be that, as a shop operator, you do not want to give certain products or brands to wholesalers and retailers.
I think in almost every B2B (especially B2C/B2B hybrid) shop there are isolated products that should not be displayed to certain people for various reasons.
A simpler setting (e.g. via a switch for the products or similar) with which you can select individual products would therefore be great.
Greetings
Thanks for your suggestion!
