I trust this message finds you well. I’m reaching out because I recently purchased your “Easy 360° Product Viewer WordPress Plugin” and I must say, I’m quite impressed with its capabilities.

I do have a particular concern regarding the zoom functionality of the 360° viewer. I was wondering if it’s possible to implement a feature where, upon loading the 360° viewer for the tractor on a page, the default zoom level starts at 7%. Additionally, it would be great if users could zoom in on the tractor using the mouse scroll, but with a maximum limit of 35% zoom level.

Could you please guide me on how we might be able to implement such a setup? Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Could you please release a new update which allows repetitive use of the same tooltip on the same image? Right now, only we can add one tool of one kind on one image, we can assign the same tooltip, but it will not be shown on the image.

I have set up a 360 product view for a few products and they each have a marker that opens a video. When I play the video and I click the arrows on the video to view it in full screen mode and the lightbox is not in fullscreen mode then it opens in fullscreen mode but it immediately closes. When the lightbox is in fullscreen mode then the video opens in fullscreen mode and plays. What can I do to get the video to play fullscreen when the lightbox isn’t in fullscreen mode or is there a way to disable the fullscreen option on the video when the lightbox is not in fullscreen mode?

I have added a new preset for the lightbox and I have added an image and shortcode to a product short description and the jquery code to the body of the page. When I refresh the page a lightbox opens automatically and when it’s closed and I click the image a white box opens but the product doesn’t display. I only want it to open when I click on the image and not when the page loads.

Hi, The navigator does not respond to long vertical images on mobiles, top of the navigator goes outside the screen and also when zooming in it is so big and covers the screen and images is behind it. Could you please give a solution(CSS code) to make the navigator hidden for screen less than 900 px, the plugin has no option to hide the navigator only on mobile!

Hi I don’t know why we should assign a task (add information) for tooltip in markers page? If we have 10000 products, then we have to create 10000 tooltips? While if we assign a task for a tooltip in product manager, it would be enough with 4 or 5 tooltips. Why you put it that way? Tooltips should be like template, and We should add information for images with one tooltip and use as many different texts and images as we want for one or two tooltips.

I have a car deals website, which imports products (cars) periodically from an xml , and cars are always updated automatically. Those cars have urls for images, and with that images we want to create a 360º view of the car.

Is there any way with your pluging and WP ALL Import, to achieve that? automatically?
