Hello, i have been reading about your plugin features and some reviews on it, seems really powerfull but also got some considerations. I wish to use this on a client’s site with 40 products that each will have 24 images. 1) If the starting images are 1400pixels will these be used to zoom in? Or in order to zoom you always have to use a second batch of images (that i read you have to choose one by one.). 2) can i use it inside the image galley of Woocommerce? Or if not, can i use it on a custom place without hiding the product gallery? Cause in the video you show for Woocommerce you dont show having any images in the product page. Thanks for your time.

1. Yes, the second image is optional.
2. It will replace the WooCommerce gallery; it does not have support to be added inside the gallery.

I’m editing the website using the Elementor plugin, but although Elementor’s changes are saved, they won’t display. When I try to insert it via shortcode, entering the code incorrectly gives a code error, but when I enter it correctly nothing appears. I’d appreciate a reply as soon as possible.

Very bad plugin : - very expensive (price of a premium theme) - code quality (not intuitive and optimised for woocommerce), you have to add the product twice (in woocommerce and in the plugin) - not refund because quality is not garanted (no demo, no test before buy)
Like a scam scheme, hope envato will resolve that and give me my money back. This is NOT FOR A LARGE SCALE PROJECT.

My friend, money is hard earned, you can’t sell a product without guarantees at this price range. $69 is a lot of money and you accept I lose it ? No need for envato to resolve this, you just had to admit your plugin is not for every body and people that have large scale project.
You don’t accept that and do want to refund my money you’re just a scammer. Some Elementor plugins are just easy to use with woocommerce and cost less and yours cost more without guarantees ? What the hell is that ?

How to just install it and displays all the products of woocommerce if they are in 360° ? It seem i have to create the product in woocommerce and in your plugin again. Is there an option to automatiqually make it 360° from the gallery product like some elementor’s Plugins ?

I’m using a plugin for 360-degree images composed of 120 elements. The rotation should run smoothly, but when using the “play” function, it moves very slowly, and there’s no option to adjust the speed. However, rotation using the mouse or gestures works perfectly, but the play animation remains unchanged. I urgently need to modify this.

The slideshow rotation speed can be customized with my plugin all you have to do is to change it until it is as you want in the viewer settings.

I’ve tried adjusting the options available in the “Main Settings,” but none of them seem to make the rotation faster:
Drag rotation speed: 1
Drag and spin sensitivity: 1
Buttons rotation speed: 1
Slideshow delay: 1

you need to work with the slideshow delay, that is in milliseconds, and adjust it until you have a smooth transition, please note that if you don’t have enough images there will still be some visual dealy between images because frames are missing.

I cannot reduce the delay any further. I’ve tried both 0 and 1. There are 120 images, which should be more than enough for smooth rotation. Shouldn’t it be possible to set a higher rotation speed?

The video only shows how to change the menu button colours but not have product variations change in one 360 slider – so how can I do it?

Hi, I’ve bought the plugin and edited everything, now as a user on PC when dragging (rotating) out of the frame of the plugin it happens to kind of crash / become invisible – this will only be solved by reloading the page, which is kind of bad. Is there any solution to this?

The viewer size and images size can be set as you wish, there are no restirctions or limits in image formats/size so yes it will work great.

It is the exact same shortcode as you would use in WordPress but add it in the product description section in Woocomerce, please note that it will not replace the product instead it will appear in the product description section.
If you don’t kno how to get the shortcode there is a video tutorial in the documentation that explains how to use the viewer including using the shortcode.

We are looking for a solution to show .glb 3d objects in our site. We need something like a shortcode which allows to display any .glb object as external link. For example: [shortcode]www.google.com/figure.glb[/shortcode]. Is it posible to do that? We can’t upload the .glb because it would come from an external site and it always be different depending on the generated link.
