The Donation for WooCommerce doesn’t fit my needs. I need to create a donation page to display a bothfixed donation values and add a personal amount. I don’t want to display donation on Woocommerce cart product.

We have an issue when we create a campaign with an apostrophe in the campaign name.

For example, we have a campaign called “Wherever it’s needed most” – this is the default campaign for donations. When we save the campaign settings, the plugin seems to automatically add a backslash character to the campaign name before the apostrophe.

So Wherever it’s needed most

becomes

Wherever it\’s needed most

if we try to fix it and save it again, then it becomes

Wherever it\\’s needed most

then

Wherever it\\\’s needed most

Is there a workaround you can recommend?

We are using the checkout donation plugin which has worked well for a long time. Overnight we have had a fraudster somehow use it to test I assume stolen credit cards. Each time they did not purchase anything but were able to add £0.75 using the donation plugin and process 4100+ test orders.

I am not sure if the plugin is the problem or if there is anything you can do to help. Thanks

Hi, Is the Woocommerce Donation plugin still supported? I asked because the last time it was updated was 2021 and the last response to comments was 5 months ago.

1. can users create own donations campaing, so we will accept or reject it and once get donations they will withdraw money 2. is your plugin supports woocommerce, we need razorpay paymernt gatewasy as well

There is an issue with the code in the plugin at line 1369. The specific error is a TypeError, indicating that you’re trying to access an offset of type string on a string.

Issue with Woocommerce Donation plugin

I recently purchased the Woocommerce Donation plugin and have been experiencing some issues with it. When I activate the plugin, it seems to scatter my Cart page and cause layout problems.

I have tried a few troubleshooting steps on my own, including deactivating other plugins and switching to a default theme, but the issue persists. I was wondering if you might be able to help me identify the cause of this issue and provide a solution.

I really appreciate your work on this plugin and hope to resolve this issue soon so that I can begin using it to accept donations through my online store.
