1. I followed your YouTube tutorial to setup API for Google Maps but I still can’t search for restaurants from my home page. This works well using MapBox API but not for Google Maps Please see image 1 and 2 for settings and error.
2. I noticed that after receiving order that merchants can’t accept orders without first funding their account. This is an issue for the area where I do business. Please how can I change this so merchant revenue is first added to merchant’s account, then admin commission is automatically withdrawn from the balance of the merchant account? Please see picture 3. for commission you can find this in backoffice -> attributes -> order type -> edit delivery
you can find here the service fee either fixed or percentage
ok this is only available for delivery right, or Can I also do it on pickup?
its available for all type of transaction

OOps something went wrong! Your seeing this message cause this page is oudated, to make an update please login to backoffice and go to utilities and then click fixed database
I followed the error message instruction, but won’t update the script. Could you please help me?

It’s been 6 days since update for the regular license appeared here on cc and it’s been 4 days since I friendly asked to update the google drive with the extended license files so my developer could continue his work.
Now he is just sitting and waiting for you because you said the computation changed. The JS files are ready otherwise you could not launch the regular license so please push the update to the google drive so all the others who paid for the extended license can continue with their business.

1. you can find this in backoffice -> notifications -> email provider
and for template like verification code or any template this can be found also in notifications -> template list
now if your cannot receive any email check your run actions settings first
in backoffice -> site config -> others -> Runactions
you can test it by clicking test runactions
2. if you allow resto to signup in your website first configure the commission in backoffice -> attributes -> merchant type -> edit commission and put your commission depend on transaction type and choose method of computation for commission and then saved
after that enabled the merchant signup in backoffice -> site config -> merchant registration

However, merchant registration is not complete. After I have selected the plan, payment gateway and submit. A pop with following message appears, “Enter your Credit Card details”, “subscribing ….”, “No such price: Sliver1year” and I cannot submit to proceed.
At backend the record is saved with pending approval status. Please assist.
I am using stripe payment gateway with 2 plans a) Free trial account with zero value and b) 2$ per annum. Both are not able to continue.

@devworks_it The “New order” Notifications are set to “off” by default. you need to go into app settings and set them to “on”.

but for web backoffice panel there is already sounds
Ok, there is no sound on my web panel and no push/sound on my merchant app android and iOS
you need to configure pusher first else no push or sound will happen

I’ve already set all before write to you, but no sound will happen, I’ve send you our ftp and admin credential where you can see that all is set.
One note if help you: in frontend all sound work, in backend no sound and no auto refresh for new order.

Hi Basti, I’ve already send to you all access FTP and Admin. I don’t know why, but on frontend also auto refresh on tracking work perfectly, instead on backoffice no sound and not auto refresh for orders.

On merchant app (android and iOS) sound, push and auto refresh works perfectly.

check the following
1. check if your server has PDO support
2. remove this in the file protected/config/front_main.php

this is for database cache if your server does not support this you need to remove this one

Hello Basti after the new update I started having some issues when I’m searching a merchant by zip code or address. Merchant is not displaying and no option is seen to choose on the left top drop-down of the page for choosing Delivery/ Pickup. How fix this? Also website is cracking. This error message is shown when I refresh the browser or when I click in other page. CDbException CDbConnection failed to open the DB connection
try to hard refresh your browser js file might be cache in your browser
and for CDbException CDbConnection failed to open the DB connection
if this happens only in front end then your server might not have cache features so remove this in protected/config/front_main.php
