We want to create an online store with Woocommerce from Wordpress and we will sell boxes / packaging boxes (6 surfaces) and paper / cardboard shopping bags (2 surfaces – front and back) in different dimensions / surface sizes.

We are looking for an online configurator / designer, the customer should be able to apply logos and texts to scale on the respective surfaces and complete the product after express confirmation of testing.

Is your product the right solution for our project, can you show us a few approaches? We do not want (virtual) 3D images / 3 views, it is sufficient if each area is asked step by step whether the respective area should remain printed or unprinted. Alternatively, the customer should also be able to upload their own designs as a file.

Please send us a few examples or suggest a few solutions. Or is your product the right solution for our project?

We attach great importance to the fact that the configurator is true to scale and that subsequent corrections are not necessary. If the customer makes a design, the product should be printed one to one after a confirmation from the customer. It would also be an advantage if your configurator supports two languages, as we would later like to program our shop in two languages.

Getting a few issues on wp/woo, using variations, when the initial FPD loads up, it does not show the printing area box that we have set, you have to click on another product and back again to get it to load correctly.

If we put an image on the outside of a printing box, it does not show on the front end. Only on the inside of the printing box.

When you add text to the front end it shows it in white instead of black.

When you add text on 1 variation, and choose a different variation the text still shows and you have to delete it, it also shows a blue box around the text and will not move outside that blue box.

I like to use the configurator for Artwork for funerals. Therefore the customer can upload a pic( or several), type in specific text and date. In the end the product (like a wooden cross) will then be created by handpainting using transfer foil and airbrushing.

So what I basically need is actually that the customer has different zones where he can definde text and pics and I need those single files (especially the pictures in highres) so I can use them afterwords. Also customer doesn’t need to pay, just sees the pricing. The invoice wil come along with the funeral invoice.
