Hello,
We want to create different feeds for our different products. We use several hashtags when we create a feed, but sometimes we get this “Unfortunately, an error occurred. No media found” error and other times it shows less than the posts we have.
In both cases, we have posts for the hashtags we put into the system. Can you please help us with this?
Hello.
Please provide the hashtag that you have issues with.
Hello,
Please note that we want to draw hashtags from a specific account.
The instagram profile we are trying to draw hashtags from is the following: https://www.instagram.com/hartziotisspirits/Find below some screenshots of what we tested.
https://snipboard.io/cu07JK.jpg https://snipboard.io/ykODgY.jpg https://snipboard.io/FZ3Yq7.jpg https://snipboard.io/Fqf7KY.jpgSome hashtags you can try are the following:
Example 1: #Bonanto #BonantoAperitivo #BonantoAndTonic Example 2: #MystesWines #MystesChardonnay #MystesRoseSyrah #MystesMaratheftiko Example 3: #Etsu #EtsuGin #EtsuGinGiftPack #EtsuYuzu #EtsuClassic
All of the above examples should bring some posts but bring nothing, or bring some but not all posts. In any case, the plugin doesn’t work as it should.
Looking forward for your answer.
Thank you!
Hello.
The InGallery works this way: it loads posts from specified account and then filters them by the hashtags you indicated.
The InGallery loads up to 50 posts per account from our API server and others (if the posts limit is higher) directly from Instagram. But the problem is that Instagram has blocked almost all webservers over the world. So most likely the InGallery on your webserver loads only posts from our API server (up to 50) and then filters them by the hashtag. It may be that there are no posts with such hashtag among those 50 latest posts.
Hello,
Is there any way to increase the posts loaded from your API server?
You can increase the posts loaded only by using the proxy server. But you should be careful choosing the proxy server as they are almost all banned by Instagram too.
You ca try the other way: to set the hashtag as the source of the gallery.
Hi I sent a email to you directly regarding a issue with this plugin. No reply as of yet. The issue is API error: {code Requests Rate limit per domain we have not changed any settings and the integration has been working for years up until now. Updated plugin still same issue please advise.
Hello.
The requests rate limit is reset automatically once a day.
In order to avoid reaching the requests limit there is a caching mechanism inside InGallery. You can control it with the “Cache lifetime” option.
It is the same issue every day. No matter what setting is applied, we strongly think it’s a bug. Also, please take notice that allot of the people are having the same issue with the plugin. We all share the same issue take a look at the reported comments over the last 10 days.
Please check you galleries. Maybe some of them has inexistent Instagram account that generates too many requests.
I did find one account however now that cache has been refreshed it only displays one post per account.
What version of the plugin do you use?
Latest – iv sent you login details a few times
Please send once again using the email form on this page: https://codecanyon.net/user/maxiolab
Sent info there
Just checked – all your galleries are working fine. No errors.
But your website hosting is extremely slow sometimes. When I tried to load the page with the login form, it loaded in several minutes! Then, when I logged-in, it also loaded several minutes.
They are all not working fine the issue is that it only loads one pos for each gallery.
Hi any feedback from support?
It loads a single post per gallery because you have set the limit items to load from Instagram=0 in the InGallery settings. This check performs after the first item is loaded – that’s why it not loading more items.
Changed it to 30 and it loads now more posts.
Api Limit when i create new galery, how to reset or to increase the limit?
Hello.
The requests rate limit is reset automatically once a day.
In order to avoid reaching the requests limit there is a caching mechanism inside InGallery. You can control it with the “Cache lifetime” option.
Limit on creating new gallery, not limit in specific gallery. I use just old galleries, i cant create one new bcs it says that api request limit!
API error: {code Requests Rate limit per domain \”inalbania.al\” reached.”}
The requests limit is per domain. No matter how many galleries do you have.
How to fix this issue, i cant generate new galleries!
You can create it tomorrow. You have reached the limit for today.
i don’t have create new one from august, it is not daily limit, it is totally limit. Please let me know how to reset it all bcs when i reinstal, it show me again oldest galleries.
The limit is not for the amount of galleries. The limit is the Requests Limit. Every time the gallery needs to load new data – it makes a request to the API server. More galleries you have – more quickly you will reach the request limit.
i have really a good server, this is plugins issue. Please fix it or let me know how to reset all data of your plugins. It is really a great plugins, i love it but this issue is not good!
please fix this issue, i am not suported yet!

Hello, is there a way so the images load directly from Instagram and are not locally hosted? The size and format of the images are causing a higher data transfer than we would like. Thanks
Hello.
Yes, you can set “Pictures display mode”=”Directly from Instagram” in the InGallery settings.
Hello, is that part of an update? I can’t seem to see an option for “Pictures display mode”
I can see “Display Mode’ which shows the option for either show in popup window or link to instagram
The InGallery settings button is located on at the upper right corner of the galleries list page.
Hello, thanks for that. I found it. unfortunately when I activate this option, the images don’t load and simply show a never ending loading image. is there something else we need to do to make this work?
No. That’s the problem with the Instagram and that’s why we had to implement the images storing option.

Hi. Can I pull Instagram posts that have specific hashtag from an account and display them on a webpage?
Hello. Yes. But the Instagram API doesn’t have such option, so the InGallery pulls the account posts and then filters pulled posts. There is a limit of about 50 posts per account, so it will filter from those posts.
The other way is to pull hashtag posts and then filter its by the account. The limit is the same.
Thank you. And I can have multiple instances of this set up? So if there are two hashtags, I can show max 50 on one page and 50 on another?
Yes
Thank you.
Hi, I have installed it on farm2canada.com but its not showing pictures of Instagram feeds. Please help me solve this issue
Hello.
Please check that you have set “Pictures display mode”=”Downloaded locally” in the InGallery settings.
This plugin is constantly breaking, BUYER BEWARE.
Hello.
What version of the plugin do you use?
Hi, is there anyway to enable auto update via my website, I have already added the purchase code but I still have to manually download this plugin from code canyon and then upload it each time there’s an update.
Hello.
Sorry, but no auto-update is available at the moment.
Having a terrible time getting this to work. It will show the text from each of my images in the Instagram feed but not the photos. I’ve tried a million things and had no luck. I saw that one of your previous post said ” set “Pictures display mode”=”Downloaded locally” in the InGallery settings.” but I don’t see an option that says “pictures display mode or download locally. ”. Can you help me please. Thank you.
Hello.
What version of the InGallery do you use?
Hi there. It’s version 1.83
Please go to your admin area -> InGallery. At the upper right-hand corner you will see “Settings” button.
That worked. So simple. Thank you for the help.
Hi!
The feeds are showing but why it didn’t display the photos? It just keeps loading something.
Your assistance is highly appreciated.
Mike
Hello.
Please check that you have set “Pictures display mode”=”Downloaded locally” in the InGallery settings.
It works! Another one, how can I format the “Popup Content Description” the same as how it is formatted on Instagram? e.g. having paragraph spacing
Please provide URL of the page and indicate what posts to check out to see the issue.
For some reason I can get the text to show up but not the image. It just keeps loading. I have tried all the settings and I’m having no luck.

Hello, Is there an option so it is more mobile friendly? Right now it’s showing as the same as you would see on a desktop.
Hello.
Yes. Just turn ON the “Local responsiveness” option in the gallery settings.
Hello, Thanks for the update. Local responsiveness is turned on but the same amount of image tiles are shown when viewed via mobile as it is viewed by desktop. Should some image tiles disappear so it is displayed correctly on Mobile? We’re using the carousel.
Hello.
Thank you for your message. Found the issue and fixed it. Please update to the latest version (1.82), which you can download from your account on Codecanyon. You should receive an email notification when the Codecanyon will approve the update.
Thank you. It’s working
