Webhost force changed to PHP version 8.2, clicking invoice download results in HTTP ERROR 500. I have Invoice version V3.6.11. I have thousands of customers and invoices and I cant upgrade since there is no migration tool yet. Any easy fix?

No, version 3 is only compatible max php8.1 The version 4 is compatible with php8.2

Most hosts offer multiple php versions, you can check with your host.

Hi, i am using your old version of the script and wanting to upgrade. With the invoice in Australia, we need to show the word “Tax” Invoice and I need to add some section to the output invoice, like bank account details and teams and condition. I see you have a function to add fields now and I wounder if I can add new fields to the output invoice as well as add Tax in front of the invoice. Also is it possible to enter a invoice number instead of system generate number or maybe set a starting number? Thank you very much in advance.

The v4 is still beta, and there is no upgrade option from v3 yet. The v4 is re-written from scratch using Laravel and Vuejs.

I will add option to display Tax Invoice. For any others, you cna check the custom fields and notes.

the new version does not have the installation folder and the pdf with instructions says this :

In the beta version the install is not folder but route. In shared hosting, you can add subdomain and set the path or redirect all traffic to public folder. Both options should be fine.

You can modify the script locally and then upload it to your server.

Hi, on v4.0.0-beta.4 if you add custom field to Company Model, this field doesn’t appear in Add New Company form (edit also). However everything works with Customer model. Also, in generated invoice PDF file, all custom fields of Customer appears in Company section, top right position (that means PDF generator takes data from Customer database table, not Company). Would be great if you could fix that. Thanks.

Hi. I got a few errors below: 1. Can’t add new product: get 500 Server Error 2. Can’t delete, only edit (company in Setting/Companies): get 500 Server Error 3. Can Add New Invoice / Quotation, but not view its list (shows a blank page)

Additional information that may be helpful to you about Invoice’s Blank Page error. In Database I found the difference in 2 tables Invoice and Quotations: Invoie_item_tax_rate table is empty while Quotation_item_tax_rate has generated data. Hi. At Order/Add New Invoice and Add New Quotation, Company Search Box is not working, it does not load any companies from 2 – 9 when text is typed (partially or fully). I can only choose Company 1. Why do you expect the companies to list the customers?

The companies are not customer companies, but the seller companies listed under settings.

Yes, V4-beta has custom fields. You can add custom fields from settings and then those will be added to the selected models.

Add Invoice: Is it possible to search for products and select, instead of typing it in product description filed?
