I am not able to access my website when this plugin is active. From WordPress: “WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

My plugin version is 6.2 I have Avada 7.11.13
I don’t know how to fix it. Please advise. I need this working again, as it is the heart of all my content.

Purchase data is linked to the account from which the product was purchased. It allows to easily see what licenses an account has. But, anyway, the support is valid for one year. If you need further support you need to buy a support extension but since there is no product linked to your account you will have to buy a full license.

You just need to make sure you have latest version of the plugin and Avada theme. If it does not help contact us again via email with the access details to your site

At Envato we always have uptodate and functioning version. if you update Avada just update the plugin as well.

the reply was: Showing custom fields in Portfolio item as well as Read more link was never possible with our plugin. We can show custom field only on Blog items with the Blog CPT element.

We have added 2 elements of “Recent Posts CPT” on a single page. Theme is avada and we are using mega menu. When we add 2 elements of “Recent Posts CPT” the mega menu somehow stops working but when we add 3 elements i.e. 1. Recent Posts CPT 2. Blog CPT 3. Recent Posts CPT then the mega menu works.
This seems to be an isolated incident; please advice.

I do not think we can help here. This issue is very specific to your setup and is not reproducible. We do not have a capacity to investigate all such minor individual problems. If you think your setup does not allow you to use our plugin you can make a refund request.
I have active support. I have emailed you. Your support form on your website doesn’t work. I have added the ‘Related CPT Posts’ element to a layout in Avada. When I edit the element in the layout there are no options to adjust the layout i.e. I can’t choose if I want carousel, grid or masonry. I can only select the number of columns etc. When I place the element it displays as a vertical carousel i.e. 4 post feature images are displayed stacked on top of each other in on column. Each feature image also weirdly has a bullet point before it. Also, no matter how may times I choose 3 columns as an option, the element defaults back to 4 columns. How do I fix this?

To be processed refund should be submitted via Envato interface. I can not initiate refund myself. Just for the record, it is also not my fault. It is how Envato works. So all hate speech please direct to them this time. As soon as the refund is requested I will be happy to provide one.
Future Buyers be aware, shady support with this plug-in. Even tho this is pushed by avada as being a great plug-in, when it comes to support it’s not great. It can break your site and the developer refuses to release a hotfix unless you pay for support, have in mind that your site might run great for a couple of months but once there is an issue your support will probably be expired, meaning that the developer seems to be purposely breaking things so people can buy extended support. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this plug in in about 2-3 years.
TLDR - Shady practices when it comes to support, your site might crash with no fix in sight.
Yes, you are absolutely right. As we have our own dev cycles and other things to do we usual upload the new version in a month after Avada upgrade. Those who can’t wait for a month can reach us but only with the valid support contract. We think it is a fair approach and we will stick to it.
I have bought another license, which I don’t need, just to get this hotfix. I don’t understand how you can provide such a bad tool. Avada is actively promoting this plugin and it just breaks an entire website without the option of a rollback. I don’t get it. Please provide the hotfix asap!
We can’t and no one can build software that will be comparable with all future versions of other software. Avada updates its code without backward comparability in mind. We can’t hold the responsibility for that. Thanks for understanding.

I am really confused about your attitude and I am sure that Envato is not amused about this kind of behavior. I will reach out to them, to the Avada Support and to all other companies that you rely on. This is just unacceptable. You answer this senseless comment faster than any contracted support ticket. I just don’t get it. The entire page is offline and we are loosing business every minute.
You can of cause do it, but the more efficient solution would be just to rollback to Avada 7.9. It probably will take less of your business tile and may produce better outcome.
As I have told you there is no way of rolling back an Avada update. I wish I coould do it but they don’t allow it. Or do you know a way of doing so?
You probably can request the previous version from Avada. But anyway, we can’t take responsibility that any software update is not compatible with our plugin and there is no backup om your side to roll back.

We update our plugin withing one month after Avada update as we are not part of Avada and do not have visibility to their development circle. Those, having support contract can reach out to us for emergency fix for their case.
