Hi, I recently purchased your SVG Avatar Maker software I done all my changes and Integrations. I just Found an error in download avatar and Share Avatar on LIVE server. When I click on Download Button and share button then it gives an error Occurred, “Please Try again”

Error Message:

An error occurred! Please try again. If the error still exists, please reload the page, recreate your avatar and try again. If this doesn’t help, please contact the administrator. On my local machine, everything works fine without any errors.

hello, will it work on asp.net c# web application? or is it limited to php?

Hello,

It’s for PHP on a back-end only.

Hello, Can I add components or change the design? Is there a manual?

If I purchase and install it, can someone else steal the components and design? Is it safe from hacking or security?

Hello,

No, you can’t easy add components or change the design. It’s a complicated task and I don’t provide any help with that.

I don’t know can someone steal it. It is a JavaScript and it is secured as any other JavaScript component.

Can the user upload there own image and create avatar from it like whatsapp,Second kindly confirm this plugin is all done in Jquery right.

Hello,

No, users can’t upload their own images. Yes, this a jQuery plugin and it requires jQuery to work.

Can you please include African hairstyles for male and female?

when you say customize the characters are not easy, what do you mean? an experienced developer maybe can customize it? i’m very interested in this product but I have the requirement to edit the avatars

Please write me a message from the Support tab, I’ll send you requirements for your own design.

Thanks for this marvellous plugin. Please i want tho let the users on my project to edit theirs avatars later. Is there any way to save last options and then load the plugin with that in order to edit?

Answered to your earlier e-mail.

Hello,

Answered to your email.

Hi, I have already download and share error I am still trying to resolve it. I also changed my permission but still error. In the meantime I downloaded your fresh script for testing on live server, when I copy as it is at the LIVE server then it gives error “Error Loading JSON graphics Data” at the main page when I select gender.

Kindly solve my problem.

Hello,

I had already answered you via email. This is not a problem with my script. Your server configuration doesn’t work with PHP files correctly. Please ask your server provider for help.

Also I can’t see any fresh script installation at makeavatar dot io. I suppose you forgot to change the “pathToFolder” variable in the svgavatars.defaults.js file.

Hi DeeThemes.

how to call svga-start-boys and svga-start-girls ?

is there a special link that can choose gender, because I want to make 2 pages separate for male and female.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I don’t understand, have you already used my script?

I get the “alertErrorCommon” error, and I have tried so many things to get it working. I am using the script locally on my computer using xampp. It has been working some time ago, and now it does not. Anyone that has had this issue?

I have not touched the files at all, everything except the path for the svgavatars folder. The folder is there. Just like i downloaded it. It worked when i bought it.. And now that I went back to the original one, suddenly the version in here is not working? The same computer as before, and I have not changed a thing. I dont understand.

Really sorry but you are only the one person who has such issue. If you still have the same “PNG 1 done response: The ‘temp-avatars’ directory does not exist or is not writable” with original files installation, I think the problem is in your server/computer configuration.

It is fixed – my folder was on “read only” mode, and I could not turn it off. Had to go through cmd to fix it. Thanks for your help anyways in trying to lead me the right way :)

can I customize characters? and is there any upcoming update?

Hello,

No, as I said many times, there is no easy way to add your own assets. This is a complex and complicated task. And there is no planning update in a near future. Thanks for the interest.

Can this be compatible with Laravel? I am having issues adding to my controllers

Hello,

Unfortunately I have never worked with Laravel and I can’t help with that.

I just purchsaed jquery plugin and it gives error, i sent you screen shot on email kindly support to fix it.

is there any upcoming update?

Hey, 1. I need some help, i have implemented it to my website and succesffuly done, but want to save it to my profile pictures, can you hrlp me in that case?

2. I need once custom work which is, there should an option to upload pictures from computer or system, once picture is uploaded to avatar screen, then we can make that image as avatar and do some customisation in that picture too…..

Hello,

Unfortunately I do not take freelance work and therefore cannot help you with any kind of customization. About your questions:

1. You should work with “save-ready-avatar.php” file. Please look at the line 67. There you can place your custom PHP code to store links of saved avatars in your database. To match users and their avatars, you can use the PHP session for example.

2. This is absolutely outside the scope of my plugin and there is nothing I can do about that. Furthermore, there is no way to edit a previously created avatar, especially which is “uploaded”.

If you need any additional help according to Envato item support policy, please write me a message from the “Support” tab on the top of this page.

Do you plan, to customize the whole body for avatar?

No, I don’t think so.

This is a very nice piece of software, but it really takes my patience to get into the main interface.

It would be a lot better if you add a status bar to help users see how much the software is loading.

I keep getting SVG Avatars: Please edit “pathToFolder” option in the “svgavatars.defaults.js” file!

I have already edited this every way I possibly know how.

when i clicked on download button this exactly code process for generate image are working in javascript or in php file? the path url of image file generated can be placed the file in to the server?

Hello,

No, when you click “download”, the temporary file is generated for downloading purpose only.

However, if you click “save”, the avatar file is sent on your server, where the PHP part takes care about it and saves the avatar in the “ready-avatars” folder. In that PHP file you can add your own code (I don’t help with that) for saving link of that avatar into your database or whatever you want to do. Please keep in mind that you also need to take care about users authentication for their avatars, maybe with PHP sessions, for example.
