I have a project that needs a bookings system: I purchased the plugin I like to validate some aspects with your plugin (without add-ons) I can: Create booking to accommodations an defining rules as:
60 USD / nights Sunday and Monday, min booking 2 nights. 75 USD / nights Fridays and Saturdays, min two nights. Apply rates to seasons dates. eg. August min 6 nights booking.
Because, I tried to set the configuration to min booking, and only appear 1 field to define the parameter globally by inventory item, I mean:
The plugin only allow me define one min days booking without option to define something like this
Saturdays – min days – 2 Wedsday / Friday – min days – 4
And so on.
It’s possible do this with your plugin.

We want the user to be able to book hourly, but if the time is 11:15, they can only book from 12. Is it possible to remove the limit so that the user can book from 11:00?

Nope it doesn’t, and i’ve been communicating for the support for a week and your plugin still doesn’t work. I’ve set up more than 200 websites so I know how to use a plugin. And your plugin looked good, but it has bugs and support isn’t useful for now so it’s very frustrating to pay for a premium plugin and have it not work as it should.

After telling me FOUR TIMES that it was my fault as a user, they now say there is in fact a bug in their plugin. They told me three times they fixed it via support, everytime the bug is the same, they don’t even test it before telling me it’s fixed. I’m beginning to wonder if this whole plugin is a scam

Hi Glad to hear that your issues has been resolved. We always try to resolve the customer issues at earliest. However sometimes it takes longer to find out the issue and hence it takes more time to resolve.
Hello! I have noticed that the inventory is not available even if an order is refunded or cancelled.
So that if a customer makes a reservation but the orders is refunded/cancelled – the inventory is still not available during those times.
Do you have a fix for this?
Hi Please delete the order to free-up the inventory.
I could clear the dates within the order using the built in function for it. Good to keep the order. So that works.

I have a huge bug that makes the plugin unusable ! My clients can book the same thing on the same day please fix ASAP !
I block date from 06 june to 9 june but when I check my calendar only 6, 7 8 June are greyed out.
But if I try to select 9 june to 12 june, it displays ”% is not available” without more info, it just seems that the website isn’t working.

I have an item that is booked from May 24 9am – May 26 9am. Person comes along later and books it for May 25 9am without it being blocked. The item only has an inventory of 1. Is there another setting I am missing somewhere? I have upgraded to latest version and it still has the same problem.

Hi yes, we have monthly pricing i.e. May $1000 will mean that everyday on may $1000 will be the daily price $2500 on June will mean during june per day $2500 will be counted.

I’ve found a possible bug in the plugin: it happens when a customer rents a product with inventory quantity set to 1. If I try to rent the same product on the return date I can select the start date, but the hour dropdown doesn’t appear at all. Please note that it happens even if the rental finishes at 11am and I have 12am, 1pm, 2pm, etc. available for rent, and “Post booking block days” is set to 0.
I think it’s a bug because if I select the start date and then I select the return date, finally I can open the start date hour dropdown.
The hour dropdown becomes visible also if I set the inventory quantity to 2 or more.
Can you please check?
Hi This is how our plugin works. the product is not available between those hours are booked and product is not available for booking. That is why these hours do not show. Say you have a booking from 8/5/2023 10am to 2pm. and there is only one quantity. So next user will see available time after 2pm
Hi, I understand the expected behaviour, but this is not what’s happening. If I have a booking from 8/5/2023, 10am to 2pm, with only 1 quantity, the next user that selects 8/5/2023 as starting date will see the hour dropdown totally empty.
He will not be able to choose the remaining times after 2pm, unless he selects 9/5/2023 (or another day) on the return date. Then the hour dropdown appears with the available times after 2pm.
It’s happening only when there’s a rental ongoing, so it’s not so frequent. Can you please check?
