hello, we have recently remove the website where the FS poster was placed. And now wish to use it on a different domain – we do not need 2 – just the one we have. However we can not load the FS Poster on to the new site as it is being blocked and we are told that FS Poster is still active on the other URL. However the other URL simple does not exist anymore (it was a Sub-domain we deleted it). Can you help us please, because we have paid license.

I just purchased your plugin, i want this plugin only to autopost automatically new wordpress posts in facebook page everytime where are published a new post in Wordpress website, but in fact nothing happened and nothing appeared on the FB page which i own!?
Can you help me please?
P.S: In the settings tab I ticked “Share posts automatically” and “Share in the background” the post interval 40 min but still nothing was automatically posting but when I went to the “Schedules” tab and made schedules to auto post to FB then it started to work and post automatically, as far as I can see, it is mandatory to schedule in order for everything to work? I’m correct? But why then is there in the settings tab “Sharing posts automatically”?

The plugin supports WordPress multisite features. Network Admin installs the plugin once, and the plugin becomes available on all sub-sites. You need to add accounts to each sub-sites.
If those websites are separate WordPress installations and they are not multisite, you need to buy a regular license for each one.
Also, if you want to use the plugin for commercial purposes, meaning earning money by providing services to your clients using the plugin, you need to buy the extended license of the plugin.

I’m getting error when trying to share to Twitter after the last plugin update
Posts are not being shared.
I disconnected my account and tried to connect again using the app method.
When I try to connect I get this error message:
“Could not authenticate you.”
How can I solve this problem.

An FS Poster lite version or any other unofficial version is installed on your website before.
Please try this one:
1. Please deactivate, and delete the plugin from the Plugins menu;
2. Clear all cache from the website;
3. Check the wp-admin\plugins folder on your file manager and if you see the fs-poster folder, delete it manually;
4. Run the SQL commands below on PHPMyAdmin 2 times and you should see 0 matches in the next attempt:
delete from wp_options where option_name like ‘fs_%’
delete from wp_sitemeta where meta_key LIKE ‘fs_%’
5. Download the latest version from Codecanyon and reinstall the plugin.

Hello friends, I need to report an important bug and hope it will be fixed as soon as possible:
When you add an Instagram account with the option login/pass and use bit.ly as shortlink service, on iphone devices, when the links are clicked, there is a blank page opening :/
I do not know if this issue is related to the plugin or to bit.ly links incompatibility with iphone?
Can you please reproduce this on your side and tell us if it is possible to get it fixed with next update?

Hi dear team,
I have disabled Bit.ly and issue is fixed now.
I do not really have a screenshot because I use an android phone (not iphone) and the issue happens only with iphone+some new samsung models while sharing stories with a link on IG. Some of our blog readers have reported this issue, and they did not send a screenshot. But after I have diasabled Bit.ly, now they have confirmed that the links work fine again.
If you can reproduce it on your side, maybe you can find a solution.
To me, I will simply no longer use Bitly

Thanks for the reply dear William. I have made some tests too. This issue did not happen with TinyUrl enabled or shortner disabled. Only happens with Bit.ly + Iphone device.

This is noted though my automatic updates are disabled and I usually do my updates manually. As such, I was asking you update the repository on codecanyon as you have done in the past and as we are used to on this platform; because the last update date here is on 30 March 2023 contains v6.2 not v 6.4.0 – 17 May 23 as posted on your website.
The plugin should not be updated manually by replacing only plugin files. It is recommended to update the plugin from the plugin menu to update the plugin tables in the database as well.

Updated to version 6.4.0. The Save Changes option under the Direct Share tab seems to have disappeared. I’m trying to remove a social account from Direct Share but cannot because I can’t save the new settings.
