For the first time, yesterday, this script, which I reviewed as a “5” filed to deliver the products. I did some checking and found this error logged under gateways/paypal/shop/.

Well, there must be another issue, as I have been using https:// since day one of my original install. I’ve made multiple sales with the script and ALL of them have directed my customers, properly, tho their downloads, except this ONE.

Hello I have installed the script according to instructions, But only a couple days ago I made 1st sale. But as revealed, the transaction was approved and goes on through PayPal, but the buyer does not receive a digital file or link with the product file and does not receive mail. More than that script itself does not count any sales and any transactions..

There could be many reasons why transaction was not recorded.Have a look in gateways/paypal/shop/ for any error logs.

Sorry, I don’t have time to research companies. The purpose and design of the first script I bought and the current script have a completely different and unrelated working and design style. Yes, I’ve been waiting for a decent script for 5 years and I’m disappointed and if you approve, I’ll look for another script. This was a bad experience for me. thanks

For that, you will need to enable php Locale extension. You should be able to do it from your hosting panel, if not, you need to contact your hosting company

Unfortunately, you will not be able to do that. Lot has changed since v2.0. database and file structure are different.

I have not changed anything on your server, just created a file directory. You should seriously consider moving to another server instead of ipage. They are very limited with their shared hosting and many important features are disabled.

Script needs to be updated, on mobile if you go to your account section. It’s not mobile responsive. The My downloads, membership, my account and log out button are squished together. Any update on fixing this to make it responsive on mobile.

I was using an iPhone XR, but it’s the same on all mobile devices, pretty much. Use your laptop, toggle the device toolbar, and use a mobile device and you will see. The CSS is messed up on mobile, but it’s very good on PC. Would be great if you can update the CSS to fix it since most people are on mobile these days and I really like your products so I wouldn’t wanna switch.

Bro, I’m not trying to be difficult but I need you to replace the nonworking script with an exact same script that works. Nothing you propose is getting the script to work so far and we think that it won’t work, and I have really brilliant kids working on this. They’ve built and/or successfully incorporated some twenty previous scripts from the codecanyon platform.
