Do you mean the admin can create the end user’s account on their behalf? No. But the admin can create Organizer’s account on their behalf.

1. is it possible to enter the ticket website as a user without login? It makes no sense to be able to inform about the events only when logged in. A login or a purchase as a guest would only be necessary when the user buys tickets.
2. can the tickets be individualized and the layout customized?
