Hello, we have now managed to configure the plugin in such a way that we are almost done. However, there is still one thing missing for which we could not find a solution and we therefore need your help.
As you can see (for table T1) we have for each table 2 different time slots (11:30 – 13:00 and 18:00 – 21:00). In both slots we can offer only one reservation for each table.
For example: If a person books the table T1 at 12:00, all other times in this slot should be blocked. The times for the other slot (18:00 – 21:00) should be open. But if another person books T1 at 20:00, all other times in this slot should be blocked.
This is important because we offer a lunch and a dinner and in booth slots we can offer only one reservation for each table.

Hi, You can export appointments in csv format. This will also include the users information as well eg: name and email among other things.
Okay, so there is not really a section which contains only the users in a “list like” style, it can be obtained manually. Right?
If you enable membership, meaning users will be required to login to WordPress or register before booking the appointment, in this case you may obtain this directly from WordPress where all users are listed. There is no other option.
I don’t understand the plugin, I’ve tried to do the simplest thing in the world and neither has been possible. First I want the purchase to be made through woocommerce and there is no place to place a price and when reserving it does not go to any checkout, it simply makes the reservation. And secondly, it cannot be that the availability should be placed day by day. I have availability all year round, do I have to configure day by day? How is it possible?

I’m unable to reproduce this behavior. If this was working for you previously, then deactivate any recent plugins that you may have installed which is the likely cause of this.
Having said that, I’ve now added some checks to prevent such issues from happening in the future and it will be available in the next update.

- On a boat trip, can the clients reserve easily for multiple persons places on a boat? Eg: The boat has 12 seats, and visitor can book 5 seats?
- Can this sistem use different time slots/day? Eg: Monday: from 9.00 to 12.00 a trip and from 14.00 to 17.00 second trip, Saturday only one slot from 09.00 to 16.00?
- Can support more than one boat?
- Can the turist book the entire boat for a full day while blocking the entire day to all slots, so other tourists don’t overlap the appointments? Or the sistem suport booking/day or slots only?
- The sistem I’m using atm, can send 24h notification to clients with 2 links, one to cancel and one to approve the booking, can this plugin do something similar?
- Final question, Can this sistem be integrated with Google Calendar so appointments made and canceled appear on Google Calendar? (With a 3th party app) Thank you.

All supported. Somethings to note:
1. I’m not clear with blocking the full day however, if the booking is for a time range and the users selection spans all hours in any particular day, then obviously since all slots are booked, the same day will not allow any more bookings.
2. The user can cancel an appointment, but approval has to either be automatic or done by you the organizer manually from the back-end.

You cannot insert API keys of your payment gateway of choice in the plugins Stripe API key fields.
This plugin only supports PayPal and Stripe out of the box. If you want to use your gateway of choice, then you must use woocommerce. We support woocommerce as well.
Regarding your seats, if your selected service supports time slots, then go to the Services > time slots page and use the “Create Timeslot” option. This will allow you to create timeslots for your single day where you can set your desired seat minimum and maximum restriction.

Although it does not have some pro version options.
What I don’t understand in time format is am/pm and 24H, but when you create the schedule in batches it keeps setting the time format in am/pm and not 24h in the client’s booking form if it sets it correctly.
Then I don’t understand because in Google searches I find quite a few restaurants that use their Calendar module and some replaced it covermanager.com I could say the reason.

And since the restaurant has split hours every day from Tuesday to Sunday, you could set only the morning hours and the afternoon hours to be restricted for making reservations.

I use Polylang for this I would have to create three booking forms for each language.
The SMS option is a paid service, or it has a free option.
There is a tutorial on the options, to get the most out of your module.

Indeed you can create as many booking forms as you want. The language will be based on the page and your settings. SMS is a paid service by Twilio. Documentation is also provided in English. I don’t speak Spanish sorry

Would it be possible if 7 different tours/destinations are already booked, to forbid other bookings (any tour/destination) from being made for that day?

All of your services need to not have any more seats remaining for that day in order for them to not allow bookings. You may synchronize them all with one another so that a booking on one service books out the same resource on the other and vice versa.
