I bought the ZoomSounds addon yesterday, but after installing, when I try to use ZoomSounds, I get a Fatal Error. Deactivating the addon, stops the ZoomSounds error. I can’t use the addon if this is the result. Do you know why it’s happening? Or should I simply request a refund?

Hi, I’ve just purchased and installed this plugin. A Song and Playlist tab were added to the buddypress profiles but when I try to access the tab it loads endlessly. Any advice you can give here?

The plugin is installed on our staging site currently. I can email you details if that is ok?
From what I can see the installation does not appear to have been successful. I can’t see any menu option for ZoomSounds in the dashboard and the shortcodes are not working on any of the sites pages.
The latest portal version is 1.2.3
The latest zoomsounds is 6.67
You should have both activated as Music Sharing Platform is an addon to zoomsounds

Thank you for the explanation. I have the portal and add on both installed now.
The Song and Playlists were added to my sites profile tabs. I have added the uploaded shortcode to a custom profile tab. When I upload a song I am getting a 404 error. The link looks like this mysite/audio/new-title/. When I go to the songs tab I can see the song has been uploaded with thumbnail etc and plays when I return to the profile after the error.
Also, can you explain how to get the audio player into users activity when a song is uploaded. Like is shown on your demo site.

I’ve managed to fix the 404 error by refreshing the sites permalinks.
However, I still cannot get the uploads to show in a users activity. Looking in the activity section on the dashboard I can see that the upload into Zoomsounds is getting the Action Unregistered action – dzsap_track_submitted.

Dear seller, I made a frontend uploader, and also want YouTube support. However the field where a link can be inserted has a height of 0px and in no way I get my input visible. Good day. I cant make this pluigin look like your demo. I need users to be able to see songs aded on the site, comment or like. All I have is my wordpress site. And buddyboss plugin. But how to make it appear like your demo is confusing.
