Hey guys, your plugin does not take into account the fact that a discount coupon was used for a purchase. If a 10% voucher was used for a 100 usd product, the total price of the order is 90 usd. When I return that order, your plugin sees it as 100 usd which is incorrect.
How can i solve this?!

Hi another issue I see. The Exchange process is incorrectly showing revenues when the new order is created.
Recreation steps:
1. I buy a product for $2 => Reports obviously correctly show the order with the $2 transaction
2. Through your plugin I make an exchange of that $2 for a different product that’s also $2. During this process a new order is created reflecting the exchange.
ISSUE: The original order is then set to $0 AND the NEW order shows as $0 because a discount is applied in it. So in my reporting I don’t see that $2 anywhere.
This is a fairly large problem that needs to be addressed. Please let me know as soon as possible, thanks.

Hello guys, I just bought this plugin and I’m facing a first problem, I can’t get it to work/ start. If I check “Enable refund request” on “Refund product settings” nothing happens. Previously i had the “Lite” version of this plugin, and after clicking this tick, in my orders area a new “refund” button appeared, next to eligible orders. Now nothing appears

Hi, I ran into a snag with this plugin. Our users are required to have specific additional custom fields (“Student First Name”, “Student Last Name”) on top of the regular customer fields (name, billing address, etc) upon initial checkout.
When I go through the motions of setting up an exchange following that first order, I see a new order is created but those custom fields I mention above aren’t carried over to the new order from the original one.
This messes up our reporting when we export orders. Is there currently a way to pass custom fields to new orders via the UI? Maybe I’m missing something? Or would this require an update to the plugin? Thanks!

Hello, On the order edit page where you will be accepting or rejecting the exchange request there you will see the option to add shipping fee . From there you can charge the shipping .

Hi, most of our customers use the guest checkout feature and we didn’t make the email address as mandatory. Is it possible to make a refund or exchange request just by taking the order ID? Also is it possible to edit the guest user’s page?

As per your query, the admin can use [ced_rnx_refund_ex_form] shortcode to give guest users a feature to request for refund and exchange functionality anytime anywhere, so you can use it n any of your pages.
But regarding validation, that is of using only Order ID, it is not possible to submit the request using only one value, user need to enter both Email ID and Order ID.

At first, I upload the installable WordPress file from my CodeCanyon account but it shows v 2.1.4 and I got an update notification on v2.1.5. But my website is completely broken.
