On paper you apps look perfect. in reality i download the demo and it does not work. it gives an error that it cannot connect to the server — how unprofessional..Is your after sales service just as unprofessional?

Before 12 days I purchased this script app. Before setup everything according to my needs, I tried to compile and run to see if it works. Making the appropriate settings with API, I got a message about username invalid. Something like authentication problem. I opened a ticket and surpised to get answered quickly and was very happy for this. I described the problem and told me after 3 days it was a problem related to authentication Jetpack. The Jetpack authentication option was already disabled. Deactivating Jetpack the problem was still exist. I informed them repeatedly about and 9 days now I get no answer. They probably just get paid from sales and support nothing. They didn’t even respond to my concerns even if there is no solution for now. I don’t know if on the settings page the Api authentication must be always enabled. I turn it to enable and after Save changes becomes again disabled. I deactivated the plugin and reactivate it and still nothing. No responses at all. I will wait a couple of days and if there is still no response I will proceed to refund. I was almost forced by their indifference to my requests, to share this with everyone. Thank you.

Just investigate. There is no reply from your side after a support team person asks you to do Setting in your JetPack plugin… Have you done with asked settings?
As I mentioned before in my long comment, the authentication option was already disabled. Even if it was disabled, I disabled completely the plugin Jetpack and the problem still exist.
Do you have teamviewer or anydesk? Let’s set a session for it.
It is really important to inform me if the API setting with the API code must be always enabled. I turned it to enable with the code updated correctly to the app, but after saving turns back to disabled. Does it matter?
