So you ask a questions, they tell you to purchase support to get an answer, so you do in good faith that they have an answer for the question. Oh no, just either change 1 setting or purchase another $50 plugin from us and maybe that will work.

No refund available, no actual support. I am so happy I have found another plugin that is far better than this one to use on all future projects that require this functionality. A plugin where they actually provide amazing support and solutions!

hi, I found a bug in my plugin in the rental time option, let me give you an example “I have one product for rent and 1 quantity, I set the time like 8:00 am, 9:00 am, Until 8:00 pm, (12 Hours), one customer book this product 05/05/2023 time 10:00 am To 01:00 pm (3 Hours), when another customer trying to book this product, the time 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 Pm, 01:00 Pm, this all time is missing it means doesn’t show in time option, my customer was confused because there is showing 08:00 am, 09:00 am, and 02:00 Pm, middle time is missing, I want to show that time as a disable it means a customer can see that time but he can’t book, and I also want to show in calendar only current year, and max 3 months, customer can book product max 3 months the rest year and month I want to disable, customer can see but don’t book, I hope you can understand, thank you.

​I want to apply a discount to the Total and it only applies it to the rental days and not to the RnB options that can be selected. They are Options that add value to the total and the discount should be made in the total. Not only on rental days.

This plugin is having an issue with our search page. I have narrowed it down to this plugin causing the conflict by turning all other plugins off, then deactivating this one and the problem solves.

For example if you type in ‘Jagger and Stone’ it comes up saying there is 29 results (but there is only 6) and it only shows 1 on the first page and then 5 on the second page.

I have tried to find if a setting is causing this but cant find a resolution and it keeps occurring even after I have asked developers to fix it.

Can you please advise?

My RNB Calendar only shows the color tabs and nothing else even though a rental was booked. I submitted a support ticket days ago and have heard nothing and am stuck at this point.

1) We rent a yacht (only one) for:
A. Fishing
B. Yacht rental

2) In fishing we haver rental for:
4 hours
8 hours (+ 2 hours additional)

3) Yacht rental is:
Minimum 1 day
Maximum 7 days

4) There is only one yacht for rental so the product/service we offer (there will be 10 different services more or less) should depend on the availability in the calendar. If the yacht is bucked it’s impossible to book in this time any more

Looking for an option where people can book trucks to pick up cargo at location A and transport the cargo to location B. Distance is automatically calculated by Google Maps API to be100 miles and product price is $4 per mile so total is $400. I was hoping the Uber setting could do it. Do you have more detailed instructions?

Is there documentation for setting up a house rental. All I can find is for setting up items that require a pickup and dropoff point. Also, in the documentation it says there is a dummy folder with setup products but that folder is not present in the zip file.

1. Is it possible to move rental text in front of price, instead of coming after price by default?

2. I would like to add a timed fee on to rental product inventory. For example, if a client would like to reserve a item to decide to rent for 24 hours (1day) is it possible? After 24 hours they lose the reservation and reservation fee if they don’t rent the item.

Pre-Sales Query:
We want a rental booking feature, where I can provide a booking based on date range selected as well as on 2 defined time slots available for eah date and both should work in sync with each other.

Example:
1. If for a particular room, someone booked for full day that is between 10:00 am (11th April, 2023) to 10:00 am (13th April, 2023) then he should pay for 2 full days. Cost needs to be defined based on /day charge. Now as he has booked for full day on the 11th april to 13th april, no one else should be able to book for full days for any on these dates. Neither others should be able to do the part booking for the same property for these 2 days.

2. If someone else sees that for a particular day (Say 15th April) there is no booking done, then he should have the option to select full-day booking for that day or part booking for that day. Part booking will be in one of the 2 fixed time range only 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm to 9:30 am the next day (One should be able to define the price for each slot). But if any one part of the day is booked, others will have the option to then only book the other part of the day and not the full day,
