You have a security gap in your ticket system. I can read all tickets.
I open a ticket about the installation May 3. Till now, no replay. Lakhan Gaur i see at other tickets which are privately same my ticket

Note:- We are not showing private tickets on support panel and support panel is in beeta mode. only by passing ticket id you can check particular details… that will be resolve by development team.

Delete your Post, You publish privacy datas from me. For what I create a privat Ticket if you publish the details in Public.

Task was very easy … you should give proper details with steps how to login in your hosting panel and our team will install product on your server.

1- there is no comment on the blogs 2- there are no multiple languages like Arabic 3- there is no flexibility in the theme like from LTR and RTL 4- there are no statistics for visitors and which country they visit my site 5- there is no page for contact. if there is someone send his contact. I can not see his message
