Thank you for writing to us. Our plugin’s custom fields are stored in a meta key so if you match the meta key of the ACF fields while adding the custom fields in our form then they will by stored as ACF fields too.

How can I make only one category selected?

Thank you for writing to us. You mean you want to auto select a category at beginning? If yes then unfortunately that is unavailable currently and we will try to come up with that feature in our very next update on which we are already working on.
Did you check the auto assign category option too? By using that you can assign the post to the specific category even if the post submitter doesn’t select that category? Please check the screenshot below for an easy reference.

Can I use this plugin to add a new shop_coupon? I don’t see this post type listed.

Thank you for writing to us. Our plugin will list all the registered posts type while selecting the post type while creating the form. If your site has shop_coupon as registered post type then you will be able to select it while adding the form.

The shop_coupon is the standard woocommerce registered post for the vouchers but it is not a public CTP. When you grab all registered post types you’re doing it by get_post_types(array(‘public’ => true), ‘objects’); which won’t return the shop_coupon. Can you either change this to get_post_types(array(), ‘objects’); or provide a way to add non public CTPs?
I managed to solve it by redefining the shop_coupon as public, but it would be good to be able to specify a post type that doesn’t show up in your post list, maybe add a filter? Thanks for a great plugin!

So far I am LOVING the plugin. Feature request: Give us the ability to upload documents on the backend through the submissions manager panel of the post. Thank you for your reply. Now the problem that I faced is in the front end fields, I create a hidden Field which set the value is Pre Filled Value. So, this value should auto generate when I use submit the form. The previous version is working. The Pre Value was generated and add to the database but the new one, this filed is no value (empty).
Do you have any suggestion please?
For example The previous version for this field will generate the value like 168234501 but now the field is not has any value.

Without doing anything. It is showing up on the front end of the site at the very top of every page. Even outside the page on which the forms exist.

Please open our plugin’s folder > includes > classes > class-fpsm-fileuploader.php and go to line no 146 and remove ”= FALSE”. After removing as suggested, the code should look like the screenshot below.

The issue might be showing because of PHP version update in your hosting server. We will release an update soon with the fix too so that you won’t need to worry about updating the plugin in future.

I can access the form builder but it won’t display media uploads or image uploads in the form after adding them in the backend. Also, when I set the form to active, grab the shortcode and add it to a page I try to use different browsers to fill out the form and submit it, but it wont actually submit it. It returns me to a 404 page only. I check the post, pending, drafts, and even published but nothing is being added. The form is set to active, and the shortcode is displaying the form (Except any upload sections for images or media). I set the url re-direct to see if it would at least take me back to the home page after hitting submit but it didn’t. I have submitted a support request and hoping for the best. There is no troubleshooting information in the documentation.

Thank you for writing to us. As per the error description, it seems your site might have some JS error due to which our plugin’s form submission might not be working properly because our plugin uses js ajax method to submit the form.
Can you please check in the browser console if there are any js error. And if there are any error then can you please check once by deactivating all other plugins and switching the WP theme to some default WP theme such as twenty sixteen and let us know the result afterwards?
