Merge button should be visible by default already, so you don’t need to do anything extra for this.
I needed to remove some function buttons so I had to manually add them. At the moment I need to add the merge but it doesn’t work with the action: ‘merge’
For merge action you would need to add a function: “action: editor => editor.tools.merge.apply()”

You can use pixie as a standalone editor, without integrating it into other projects.
Translation is easy, you just need to provide key:value pairs.

Hello. I have really enjoyed past versions of Pixie. My biggest problem with this newest version is toolbar pop up at the bottom of the editor. This tool blocks the image so you cannot see where to place text at the bottom of the image. Is there a way to change this behavior? I was not able to ask this question in your support site…

Background color can be changed when creating a new document in pixie (when no image is provided), but there’s no separate button for this currently.
It would be interesting if the background color could be changed after creating a new document. Is there a possibility to add this function?
I’ll see if we can add it with next update. It’s also possible in current version via pixie API.
It would be great, this way we can create designs instead of just adding elements to photos. But you said that I can change the background color through an API, could you give me more details?
I mean it could be done via code. For example “pixie.openNew(500, 500, #000)” would create a new empty document in pixie with black background.
I tested the code above and it worked, but it deletes everything that was created. Is there a way for this not to happen?
You could use “pixie.fabric.backgroundColor = ’#000’; pixie.tools.canvas.render();”

Downloaded the latest update (Oct 2022). Clicking the cancel button, disappears the image. I have purchased so many modules, and this is the only one that urged me to report so many issues. Sorry but I have to edit my review. You clearly dropped the ball.

Nevermind, I solved the bug myself. When you close the pixie editor and open it again, you will have use the events: onLoad & onOpen and add this command: pixie.resetEditor({image: myImage});. I don’t how it works, but is seems to fix the issue when cancelling the changes that make the image disappear. I also revised my rating.

Is there a way to hide the “close overlay – X” button when viewing on mobile? On desktop it only displays when the ui: mode: is set to “overlay” but when viewing on mobile it displays the “X” even if the mode is set to “inline”. This creates a problem of course, since if people click it the screen goes white (since there was no underlying content on the page).

I am having some issues with this pixie not being react 18. There is an issue when the base project is 18 with `”react-dom`. Any ideas when this will be updated?

Im getting these types of errors in my console when using pixie

I assumed it was that 18 isnt used. Any ideas?

- TODO: fix issue with “createRoot” being imported from “react-dom” and not “react-dom/client” in vite library mode.
When does that issue occur specifically, with default pixie example.html file or when used in another project?
