I am trying to install my php script but the installation process is stalled by DotArtisan not connecting to my Evato in order to confirm purchase. It just says “successfully connected” but takes me back to the login window. “Requirement Check” is ticked green but am unable to go past the “Verify Purchase”. I raised the ticket through your support system 3 days ago, but no one replied back to me and I can’t even log in to check the status of my ticket. Could someone from DotArtisan support get back to me asap through this platform and will continue the conversation privately. Thanks

The update is not automatically applied. Just make sure you don’t click the get update button.

1. Yes we will introduce chat feature in our future releases. 2. On every prompt request a log entry is created with user detail. 3. Yes there is builtin auto update feature available. 4. Currently the AIRobo uses ChatGpt 3.5 but our upcoming release will have ChatGPT 4 support too. The release is due in next 3-4 working days.

Thanks for the reply; another thing to ask is how do you know how many credits you have in your account. I don’t see any dashboard once logged in as a user, or am I missing something here?
Also, where is the one-shot blog post as advertised on the sales page? Everything seems a little cluttered when trying to select which option you want to use.

This is awesome. Could you make it so that the new text that’s generated appears at the bottom of our writing instead of at the top of the text box? Or make it an option to choose either/or? That way we could write something, have the AI write, then write more, then have the AI write more. As it works now, if we write something and then have the AI write next, the AI’s text appears at the top.
