Sorry to see you already bombarded with disappointment messages. I have an issue as well. I did a clean install with a successful installation. However when I try to login to the site i get this: “There was an issue. Please try again later. “

and when I try to go to admin page, I get 404, does not exists. Weird.

I am on Contabo VPS, with PHP 8.0, 8.1 and 8.2. I tried all of them.

Any Idea what I can do?

After some further debugging and for quicker/easier debugging by Vebto:

1. The “there was an issue loading this page” error for some pages was fixed by adding a missing database column named “popularity” in the “tracks” table.

2. A possible separate bug causing pages not to load is that the default uri for some channels appears to incorrectly include “channels” (such as /channels/popular-tracks) instead of “channel”. This causes a 301 redirect, upon refresh or entering the correct URI manually the page will load.

3. As noted by one of the other users, search function works with Spotify only but not with both local and Spotify selected. The console error message is as follows:

4. It is not possible to delete default channels. The dashboard error message is:

“Undefined property: App\Http\Controllers\ChannelController::$channel”

5. It is not possible to update the mysql search mode. The dashboard error message is:

SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1283 Column ‘user_id’ cannot be part of FULLTEXT index (SQL: CREATE FULLTEXT INDEX tags ON tags (name,display_name,user_id))

6. File delivery optimization cannot be changed to X-Accel in Nginx. The dashboard error message is:

“Could not validate selected optimization. Is it enabled on the server?”

My Nginx conf settings (which work fine with version 2.52) include the following language:

Please add the React source code so we can fix and brand the UI properly.

Hi, tracks in grid don’t work either they don’t play when you click on them. In short, the entire update does not work at all. I have to downgrade back to 2.5.2 it’s really disappointing!

Version 3.0 is very disappointing from a pre-release testing standpoint. I understand new versions bring new bugs which need to be fixed, but I am experiencing the same errors as many other users which indicates that the issues are widespread and should have been caught. They make the software completely unusable. Some of the issues include:

1. No search capabilities at all. 2. On nearly every page, “There was an issue loading this page Please try again later.” 3. QLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1283 Column ‘user_id’ cannot be part of FULLTEXT index (SQL: CREATE FULLTEXT INDEX tags ON tags (name,display_name,user_id)). 3. No song history. 4. Nginx-Accel not working even though it is properly set up, worked in prior version, and works with other apps using PHP8. 5. Cannot update/delete default channels. Etc, etc. (too many more to list)

This is on a clean test install, not an upgrade from my current site (which runs nearly perfectly). All settings are correct, installation went fine. I’m running Nginx and have tried with PHP 8.0 and 8.2.

I waited patiently for the promised update and my support has since expired. I’m hoping the above issues and the many others are addressed quickly through other users’ support requests who still have support time remaining, as many users like me have been lurking in the background relying on your promise to release a superior update for more than a year.

I also echo another user’s disappointment that there really aren’t any significant new features. And, while I appreciate the huge undertaking that re-writing the entire code must be, it probably would have been better to add at least some of the new features requested by the users in the comment fields first and also ensure that the new release was minimally stable.

Hello, after the update, on all pages of the site the text (There was an issue loading this page Please try again later). How to fix it? In the admin panel, tracks, albums, etc. empty.

Updated the latest version and now my search is not working and album, genres, etc. are returning error. When I update the search type from admin panel this error shows:

Our Bluehost server is yet to recieve the PHP 8 upgrade, after uploading files and visiting http://mysite.com/update, it tells us we cant update unless we have php version 8.2. Any way around this?

1 year to update but it seems that the podcast is not a thing yet, Other than the site design and somme bugs corrected i do not see anything new on it … Congratulations !!

I have seen the update. Very nice congratulations. I have noticed some small problems.

When you click “in the phone version” on the search feature, you cannot enter the space. So if I write “Bruno “Mars he doesn’t insert the space but writes me “BrunoMars” all attached

And another one is that I don’t see the bar to control the volume like in previous versions of bemusic. How can this be resolved?

Hi, I see on the demo 2 that the mobile overlay on iphone still does not show the cover image while the music is playing. This is the case on Android.

Installation says to install to root folder (ex. public_html), what if my domain points to a subfolder. For example, mydomain.com points to /public_html/subfolder—Is that okay to install script in this scenario?

My support is over and I can’t open a ticket. BeMusic doesn’t work correctly in NGINX, most of the songs say “open on youtube”. Everything is very well configured (in apache it worked fine). I reinstalled (full new install) and the problem remains. Some music plays and others don’t. It doesn’t accept my Youtube API (which it did in apache). Everything is configured very well (/public). I don’t know what else to do.

Is there a quick way to create a playlist of songs from YT?
