i dont want RTL but i want the system to read arabic characters correct if someone his name in arabic how we can add his name
In that case, you will have to change the database field (name) collation into xxx_unicode_ci; Then you will be able to save Arabic characters name;

im trying to see if ur script is good to use renting properties my question lets say i have created an invoice for a tenant for 12 months & the tenant usually pay each month alone in the same invoice can i track that i see the invoice shows me the 12 month not payed but as i tested i can only pay the invoice fully not partially or i get it wrong ? or i have to create an invoice for each month alone plus the invoice doesnt show detail such as paid or not or partially paid & if partially paid it should show the amount payed & the amount du to payment

I have today decided to test the new version but it does not work. I have uploaded the content and also did everything as suggested in the document but i only get a blank page.
I have also upgraded my php to 7.1 but still does not work.
The truth is that i have never used the script for production but keep on checking to see the changes.
Lastly, how is the upgrade function of this script work? Because if am to use it in future, i need to be able to upgrade to latest version without issues

But the tenant should be able to see other payable bills generated by the admin or staff

You can already do that; After creating an invoice go to Invoice ‘Action’ and you will see ‘Update Services’; On that modal you can add services like water bill or any other bill that you want; You can select the services from a drop-down which you can create on Services page under Settings; Thank you;
Hello, Thank you for the explanation but my point is that make it possible to create custom invoice for a service let me say repair when that invoice is not attached to rent bill or fees. But just an invoice to a tenant.
Currently any service bill has to be attached to rent fee invoice. So, what if a landlord wants to create an invoice to tenant in the month of March when already paid for that month. So, make it possible to create invoices which are not attached to any month rent fee.
Let me hope that you do get my point.

I got your point, yes; You want a feature where landlords can create separate invoiceable items; Which can be sent to tenants just like regular invoices;

Yeah I know; There were some issues with another subdomain of mine which I took care of; Now the whole t1m9m.com domain is submitted to Google for reviewing; Once the review is done, the red screen will not be there anymore; But the script is has no issues;
when i open your demo, i’ve got warning from Google Chrome:

I had an issue with another of my subdomains, which is fixed now but Google takes a little extra time to be extra cautious about this type of issues to lift the warning ban; You can go ahead and check it out, the script is completely safe;

hello i love this system but they are a lot of features missing in this script. and i suggest to in the new update.
1.Automatic generate invoice at the end of the lease or month period.and automatic send a due invoice to the tenant email by the system not manual. but if not send there e a manual sending option.
2.adding payment methods like under the invoice or the left side the invoice to make payment automatically through the system
3.after paying the invoice marks paid automatically and send an invoice direct to the tenant email or sms.
4.adding a logo to the invoiceand both login page
5. Reviwed the system and i found there is no way to delete a board meber. and another bug to fix when you delete atenant you find his compalints changed into bugs
6. OVERALL TO MAKE THIS SYTEM THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AS MY SUGGESTION NOT ROOM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OR(BOTH ROOM AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TO BE ABLE TO ADD BOTH ROOMS AND BUILDINGS/PROPERTIES)
