Not automatically, it can send due email (with invoice PDF) or SMS but manually by clicking butons.

How do i edit the copyright section ?
Hello, Thank you for contacting. There are two files you have to update to change the copyright name and copyright url.
application/views/index.php and application/views/login.php
On both pages towards the end, you will find copyright name and copyright url pulled from database. You can either change the values on database or overwrite the code on the mentioned two files.

1. The system automatically calculates monthly rent but does not send invoice automatically, sending invoice with an email needs to be done manually.
2. There is an automated late payment calculator but no reminder system, the late payment gets added to the invoice after preset date.
3. There are two payment options present in the system: a) Manual b) PayPal. No payment proof upload system.
4. Lease templates are not included, they need to be uploaded manually and there’s not digital sign system.
5. There is a system like that, they are called services. They can be associated with the invoice and automatically gets calculated with the invoice once an invoice is generated.

1. You will have to do that by connecting with your own developer. 2. Advance payment option is not available and no security deposit option either.
The system does have Services provided under settings and Custom services provided can be added in the invoice.
