Morning, is it possible to have a the customer fill a field which would be a custom donation amount. Idea is to have fixed donation amount as well as a fillable field which customer can fill with a amount which will have a minimum rule. How can I go about this? Thanks
You can use the textfield with the current value price type.
Hello, A pre-sale question. Is there a option that lets the costumer modify the quantity and/or remove the selected add-ons in the cart?
Example: The costumer adds a service and adds an additional service in the single product page. Then when he goes in the cart, he can change the number of add-on-service. OR he can say, i dont want thwe add-on-service so he clicks the cross to remove it enteriley 
If you mean edit the options directly in the cart then no, that isn’t possible. The customer will be redirected to the product page to make changes.
Hello! For checkbox element you have an option that limits the user to how many checkboxes can be checked (let’s say 3 out of 5). For product element, if you select to display as checkboxes you cannot do that. Is it possible to enable that for products as well? I want to make a product with multiple options that are also products and the user has to select (mandatory) 5 of the products.
No, I’m sorry but this cannot be applied to the product element. While both aspect use checkboxes the utilization is different.

I have a product with a “text field” field from Extra product option. Once the customer writes the name they want engraved, I can see it in the email and I can see it in the woocommerce order page.
The issue is when I change the product (lets say the customer orders a circle wood, and later text us to change it to a square wood). Once I remove the product from the woocommerce dashboard and add the correct product, his engraving text dissapears.

I’m not sure why they are empty, the customer wrote a text in the text field. The question is, can I visualise what the customer wrote in the text field, when I open the order itself and can I manually add a text in the text_field meta if I decide to replace the product with another one (so I can keep the text our customer wrote).

2. The only issue when using ajax add to cart is if you are using upload fields. Otherwise, assuming the solution is coded correctly you shouldn’t have an issue.

Hi there. I have a few pre-sale questions about what is possible with the plugin which I have not been able to figure out from looking at the live demo.
1. Can options be given sub-options, combined in complex ways and exclude each other, like:
Option 1 — [Date: 1 January] —[Available times for 1 January: 15:00/16:00]
Option 2 — [Date: 2 January] —[Available times for 2 January: 19:00/20:00]
The ideal here would be that when option 1 is selected, option 2 (and its available times) become greyed out and can no longer be selected. Is that possible, or not?
2. Can radio buttons be deselected once they have been selected, or, alternatively, is there an option to clear all selections?
3. Does the plugin integrate with any third-party ticketing system plugins? I can see various bookings plugins listed on the compatible plugins list, but none of them seem to send digital tickets to customers.

1. The only thing you can do in regards to that is to use conditional logic to show/hide options, not have them greyed out though.
2. There is a setting in the radio button element to do that.
3. No, there isn’t any integration like that from our end.

I’m wondering something about the plugin.. Can we change the display price of all products with a single edit? For example, I have 3000 products and I want to change the display price of these 3000 products.

There is a feature called Price display override in your plugin, but as far as I understand it is only valid for a single product. We cannot change all products with one click.
Yes, that there in order to correct issues that may arise when using the from price type feature since it has strict rules in order to work correctly. It isn’t meant to be used on a larger scale.

As long as it doesn’t alter the way variable products work or alter the variable templates it should be fine. However, do note that there were plugins like that that were not compatible.

By default the addons should be below the product title in the cart in the cart meta section unless you have set the addon to be a fee.

On woocommerce single product option we want to give the option to our customers to write a small paragraph 5-6 lines in a textarea. The problem here is that your plugin might try to show the whole paragraph on the cart off-canvas-slider, the cart page and checkout.
Is there any way to show the first 25 characters of the paragraph intead of all the 5-6 lines of text so our customers know that their text has been added to the cart? Of course we want the admin to receive the whole text on the backend

You can make it so that no text is shown on the cart page and you can also use a filter to limit the characters shown.

i have variable products and as an extra option i choose to use products. The problem is when i increase the quantity of the main product it increases the quantities of the options. How can i disable this option? For example i select product variations XL and Blue and extra options 1 pair of socks, if i increase the main selection 2x XL and Blue i don’t want to increase the extra product option quantity to 2 pair of socks. Is that possible?
You can go to the plugin settings->Elements tab->Product and deactivate “Sync associated product quantity with main product quantity”.
