Hi Basti, I can not upload the addons, it give 500 zip error, Then I FTP the unzip module of merchantappv2 to modules directory but its not showing any addon there. This for merchant order module…please guide what is wrong ?

1. Have you find away for the system to put adress once so when users come to the end they don’t need to add again is very weird and confusing.

Hi Basti, I am using the latest version of KMRS, my problem is how to use Order Receiving Merchant module please do u have any tutorial, because merchant module I have FTP it to KMRS modules but its not detected and in merchant order module pdf it says you need to modify function & functionsV3 files but I have no such files in the new structure….Please help

Hello We are using both old and new version of krms in both payal live mode is not working. It did not redirect to payal. Curreny is Euro and paypal account is also made from germany.You can also test in this url to check payapl redirection error

In the new KMRS version 1.0.6 I am trying to select features for each plan based on membership type. Where can I select or deselect the features that are allowed for each plan type. For instance, Platinum Plan merchant will get single restaurant app and featured but Basic Plan will not. Where can I find this in the settings. Old KMRS had this ability to select features based on plans. Thank you as always -Keith

I did install all files again and testing same think. Just only print when I chose printing from customer orders. I removed the printer and I try add again same things.

Yes mate all its working. If I did re print order in merchant its printing out. Only problem when I placed order.

take note if you made some changes in your files like modify something to add new functions if you update this will be gone cause you will have to replace your file so backup first before updating
Mate we just updated to 1.0.7 4 time we try to updated.
Then we replaced all the file again from the install.zip all file is fresh. Then I try to place order not printed out. Cleat cash history same thing

Hi Basti, When I pay online using Credit/Debit Card should provide my card details to complete my order, but when I pay by POS using Credit/Debit Card No need to provide Card details because I will use my card by myself to Restaurant payment machin, My question is can I disable only card details when I pay online using Credit/Debit Card to complete my order? if yes please give me the full path to do it.
this is not available in POS
same with other payment cause it requires customer account and i think customer will not provide there paypal login for example
and for credit card am not sure if allowed to provide cc information

– Update notes: update process has been change in version 1.0.7,
step 1 extract the update.zip as before
step 2 no need to run the backoffice/update anymore just go to admin panel -> ulitities -> fixed database, this will create all new tables and menu
don’t worry if the version is 1.0.4 cause i forgot to add code to update the version
if you see the menu delivery management that means your using latest version 1.0.7 cause this menu is just added recently

I told you i don’t have utilities option in my dashboard , so i uploaded and unzipped but no utilities in my dashboard.. It looks like V 1.0.4 didnt have it so we can’t upgrade from 1.0.4 to 1.0.7. . You may have to send to me the upgrade zip from m1.0.4 to 1.0.6 first , that probably will implemente utilities option in the dashboard.
its because your last version is 1.0.4 and utilities menu is added in 1.0.6
you can just go to directly to link in your backoffice/utilities/fixed_database

cause it really requires an address before ordering this is only 1 time
No probs. Im Only using the app for Dinein/collection so the address check isn’t needed because we don’t offer delivery at the moment, but i understand why it’s there. Thanks anyway man

Once I get this up & running & im happy to move from OG KMRS, I’ll be buying most of the addons too (I just need to migration add-on so I can fully move everything over – No rush because OG KMRS is still holding up well), but Im more than happy to pay again for them mate. it depends in your server if port is open
try to check first if there is attempt sent email in backofffice -> notifications -> email logs
check the status of the email if sent or not
now if you cannot see any email here this means your run actions does not work in your server
you need to change the settings in backoffice -> site config -> others -> disabled Enabled runactions
and choose fast request under the list below the enabled run actions

fixed it by setting correct template to use in backoffice -> site config -> login & signup -> Reset Password Template

In the translation module, phrases with differentiated capitalization, such as “Room Name” and “Room name”, cannot be input. You must pay closer attention to the words being translated, as in some places you use the same words with different formatting (for example: “Room Name”, “Room name”), and in the translation module, only one format can be registered.
And keys should be able to be deleted from the translation file; sometimes we make mistakes and there is no other option but to leave them blank

Hi Basti, What do I write under the dishes section on the admin page? because if I write for example lasagna, this dish will appear on restaurant page under food section > category, as well as under food section > items > recipes. The problem is that the dish is part of category and it’s similar to item as well. Can you make more clarification about this issue in your demo site in order to clarify, and please give more than one example. Screenshots below

COMMISSION
1- Make the commission includ the Point of sale either percentage or fixed. And Make the invoice work with the POS because the payment is offline.
POINT OF SALE
1- Make the point of sale system connect with payment machine and Cashier, if the customer pays by card or cash and print a copy of the invoice. Important thing if customer pay by cash the calculator should change the price to highest or lowest, which means no small change like (1,2,3,4) cents in cash. Example, if the order amount is 10.53 it will become 10.55 and if the order amount is 10.52 it will become 10.50
SERVICE FEE
1- Make the Service fee includ the Point of sale. 2- Make the Service fee has two options, percentage and fixed. 3- Create a dropdown for service fee with two options if the subscription is commission. A- Service fee goes to admin. (Admin). B- Service fee goes to merchant. (Merchant).
TABLE NUMBER AND QR CODE
