Good morning, We have the license activated on two websites that no longer exist for a long time, however when we try to activate a new instalation it tells us that we must deactivate it first on those two websites, but the domain no longer exists. On the other hand we see that no information appears in this link (https://masterpopups.com/docs/how-to-deactivate-your-license/) it seems that it is empty. How can we reset the licenses to be able to activate the plugin again? Thanks in advanced

Deactivation can be done from any website. That is, you do not need to be on the website that you are going to deactivate. You can do it from your new website.
Go to General Settings > Plugin Activation.
To deactivate your license you need your Envato username and your purchase code.
In the option “Activation type” you must choose “Deactivation” and enter the URL of the website where you want to remove the license.

I’m having the same problem reported by others: Every so often the connection to Zoho Campaigns lists breaks and we get this message when we try to retrieve lists. “could not find lists, maybe this service does not have lists or does not allow to obtain them through its API. Please get your list id on the website of the service. ERROR: 1007. Unauthorized request.”
I see you have logged in and fixed it for people but I’d like to know what the fix is.
That’s right, Zoho API is causing that problem. We have already reviewed it and from our side we cannot do anything. We noticed that Zoho has updated their terms and conditions, so you need to reconnect.
The temporary solution is to disconnect the service and reconnect it.
Hello, The popup can set a cookie to not display it again for X days.
But I just noticed that it sets the cookie for each page separately, meaning that if I close the popup and visit another page, the cookie is not here and the popup gets displayed again.
If I close it, the cookie gets set for that page, but If I go to a third page, again no cookie and the popup is shown.

The cookie is created for the entire website, not just for one page.

I noticed that every time a page is reloaded the cookies are cleared. Maybe some plugin is causing that.
(Try deactivating any cookie plugin you have)

You were right, it was my cookie script blocking it. I had to set that cookie as “strictly necessary”.

What Service Integration are you using?
Provide the URL of your website.
Also, there aren’t any integrations because we were haing problems with Zoho’s connected continually breaking. We simply store new subscribers in the Master Popups service.
Only some services have the subscription functionality with confirmation emails (Double-opt-in).
When the service has this functionality available, you will see a “Double opt-in” option when creating a list.

I’m using a “subscription” pop-up for Mailchimp newsletter sign-ups, while also receiving messages from users. The issue is that if the email address is already subscribed to Mailchimp, an ugly error message appears saying “member already exists,” and I don’t even receive the notification email.
In my opinion, this is a big problem. At the very least, the notification should be sent regardless, and if the user is already subscribed, they should receive a message confirming that their submission has been successful without attempting to subscribe them again, but without the ugly error message. The pop up is showing properly, but after submitting the form it’s coming back. It should close the form and show the content.

Please delete and deactivate your plugin from the domain bihardainik.com – I don’t know who this is.
